What a great stop on our roadtrip! This hotel is super spacious and the room had enough space for our baby’s play yard plus room to move around! Super clean, modern, and we appreciated that the a/c worked great during a super hot day. Also the rooms were quiet! Will definitely stay again if we drive through the area.

I stayed here two nights in April 2024 for the solar eclipse. This hotel was in the path of totality and the weather forecast looked good. Overall, this was a five star stay!||Pros:|- I slept really well here. The room was quiet and the bedding was soft, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless too.|- The staff were all kind and welcoming. I appreciated the additional eclipse glasses and brochure on the local eclipse events at check in.|- Ample free parking.|- The room had a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a walk-in closet with extra pillows and blankets! The TV connects to YouTube and Netflix. |- The hotel is located within walking distance of a Starbucks and Wendy's. There's plenty of other food options within a five minute drive too.||Cons:|- The only con was breakfast and I'm not even going to deduct a star for it. It only runs until 9 AM and I'm a bit of a late riser if I don't have to go in to work, so I missed it the first day. The coffee was completely out well before 9 AM when I did head down on day 2. The selection is average. Again, there's a Starbucks close by to make up the difference.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, bed was comfortable. What little interaction I had with the staff was good. The breakfast was particularly nice, with good options to pick from. The location was excellent, just minutes from the Grand Park Sports Center.

The SpringHill Suites in Westfield, IN is a great place to stay if you are looking for something near Indianapolis that does not have a ton of traffic. Notable benefits of this hotel include a full hot breakfast, a workout room, swimming pool, bar (open in the evenings from Tuesday - Saturday). I’ve stayed here 5+ times at this point. I think that the room setup is a bit awkward if you are having to room with a business partner - the bathroom is directly across from both beds. The bathroom light shines brightly through the frosted bathroom door. I would give this place 4.7/5 stars.

This hotel is very nice even if a little bit isolated. It’s was close enough to Noblesville and other areas with more activity, but nothing immediately nearby. Hotel rooms were very nice and well maintained. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend for anyone stopping through the area.

This location is very close to the sport complex and several teams were here including my daughters team. Because ball teams stay here, expect a lot of children. All hours, day and night, kids are running up and down the halls and knocking on doors. We liked the room, it was clean, but the bathroom light need fixed. The mirror light was operated by a motion sensor. If my kid walked into the bathroom at night, the full power of the sun erupted from the bathroom waking everyone in the room. It also turned off after 5 sec without movement. You hop in the shower and light turns off. I suspect the switch it broke because no one else in our group had the same issue. Room 323. Some of the families near the elevator complained about being up all night because of the running and banging, and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. I would return to the hotel if we play at these fields because of simple logistics.

Nice and clean. Checked in using Bonvoy. Took 2 minutes. Comfy room with good air circulation. Shower door took some extra effort to close. Needs some work. Nice place. Not much around except gas/convenience store and a Wendy's

I have never been so dismissed and made to feel so ignored. My dad, mom, little brother, both my kids, husband and myself went to the ridiculously small pool the hotel offered. My dad needed the use the seat that we were told he could to get him in and out of the water. We all tried multiple times to get the seat to work and nothing. This honestly did not surprise because the seat looked like it had never been taken care of properly. There was nasty stuff stuck to it, rust all over the arm and hinges, and it looked like if ever cleaned it hasn't been many times. Walking into the enclosed pool area it looked like fog was in the room. My mom's eyes started to automatically burn and she started to get a headache. My dad became so nauseated he had to leave the pool area multiple times. I ended up getting a horrid headache, and started having trouble breathing and I started feeling really disoriented. My dad trying to help once we figured out what the heck was causing our issues opened the doors to help circulate the chlorine in the room. This did not last long as a woman, that worked at the hotel, came into the room and proceeded to shut the doors. The woman was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE when my dad apologized and began to explain why he had opened the doors. The woman raised her voice at him and told him policy doors have to be shut. My dad asked if she could turn on the ventilation system because it was NOT on in the pool room. She responded very quickly with maintenance will come about the issue. She wasn't and couldn't going do anything about it. Maintenance NEVER came to the pool room, the ventilation system was NEVER turned on so we all had to leave the pool because it was making everyone sick. I ended up in bed til the next morning. The hamper/towel area in the pool room needs cleaned and the water fountains need replaced. The fountains look like they are NOT cleaned properly or often. They have who knows what all over them and rust around them as well. My dad prior to checking out of the hotel asked them if they would at least close the pool area until the ventilation system is fixed and/or the chlorine issue was resolved. The people at the front desk acted like he didn't exist and that he was being a nuisance. While there I did use the restroom on the ground floor around the corner from the elevators. I am not sure as to what their standard of cleaning is but the toilets 2 out of the 3 had urine and hair everywhere. The sink had not been wiped out either. It looked like something, maybe red hair dye, was all in the sink as well as what I assumed was dust and dirt. The per night rate at this hotel is more than the one inside the Grand Park. The thought in choosing this one was it was at least the same in quality and I wouldn't have to deal with the traffic of Grand Park as much. I will never make that mistake again because I will NEVER be coming back to this hotel. I do hope the hotel fixes the pool issue because it could seriously harm someone that doesn't know any better.
