SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Airport/Plainfield - Hotel in Plainfield - 6014 Gateway Dr, USA

I recently stayed in a king bed room at this hotel and found the room to be clean and spacious. The bar in the hotel was a nice touch, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were several areas where the hotel fell short. The breakfast was disappointing overall, with no vegetarian options available. The gym had a cable trainer, but it was missing attachments, making it difficult to get a full workout. Additionally, room service was only provided every other day instead of daily, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the room and staff were great, the other amenities could use some improvement.

Was in town for the night for our son’s baseball. Positives: not costly for a nice hotel with a bar, friendly and helpful staff, feels upscale as you walk through the hallways, clean. Negatives: We are a family of 6 and always have to utilize the pullout sofa bed. This mattress had a giant stain on it and the blanket left for it looked about 30 years old and felt like sandpaper. Also, we had an early game and couldn’t utilize free breakfast because it didn’t start until 7. Most hotels begin sooner and that’s helpful when trying to feed this crew. Overall good experience.

So services here, I was surprised that the front desk lady ask me to prepare the bedding for my sofa bed. The room at 4th floor is worn out. The room smelled bad. The closet door can not be closed. Grease can be seen on my chair and desk. I needed to clean my room myself when I entered it the first time. I really regretted to stay there for a night. Morning breakfast is awful. Will never stay here again.

The room was spacious. They didn't replace and cups and were ride at the front desk when we asked. The breakfast has containers but several didn't have food. Water dripped and puddles formed in the bathroom because there was no exhaust fan.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience! Angie was amazing and extremely helpful. We appreciate the customer service and the overall experience. The only thing I was a little disappointed was the breakfast. No variety and the options were extremely limited.

We have a very nice stay. We were stuck in Indianapolis for a day due to a canceled flight. Immediately booked the room online and then we made our way to the hotel. I explained to Angie at the front desk the situation and asked when the soonest we would be able to check in. To my surprise she said she would have a room ready right away and we could check in now. She was very understanding and helpful during a frustrating situation. The room was clean and nice. Used the pool and workout room which was well equipped. Bar and lounge was nice as well. Good food options in the area and a good breakfast this morning. Now we are back at the airport and are stuck again with no flight crew for our plane. We when American Airlines leaves you stranded in indy I would highly recommend Springhill suites.

Rooms were cleaner than average however the ottoman in our room was badly soiled. Teresa at the front desk was great. It would be nice if the refrigerator in our room had a freezer. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast left a lil to be desired with a very narrow selection. Some food was less than fresh and had been set back out from the prior day.

We stopped by here on our way through to St Louis. The desk attendant was very friendly despite our late night check in. The hallways and elevators were very clean. The 2 queen room had a nice layout and we didn't hear any neighboring rooms until late morning. There were many outlets for USB and other chargers, and the counter with fridge, micro and coffee maker was clean. It was by the entry which worked out great for out room keys and other small items. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot. The hot breakfast looked really good, but we needed to get on our way. I grabbed a coffee for the road and it tasted amazing. I highly recommend this location as it was easy on and off the expressway, and had multiple options close by for gas and food.
