For a hotel only four years old, this property is an embarrassment to the Marriott brand. It's just plain filthy and not maintained. I had to change rooms because the condition of the first room was so bad with black mold and green algae in the shower. If you are going to have glass shower doors, they require constant upkeep. Because of the neglect plus the hard water in the area, the doors are etched with water spots. In addition, the drawers and doors would not shut, there was toothpaste on the walls and the carpet had huge sticky spots. The new room I changed to was not much better. There were gigantic stains on the carpet in bright blue and red. The shower was less moldy without the green algae. The walls are thin and we heard our neighbors' conversations and television. The hallways had trash in them. The elevators need maintenance as well. I am surprised they have passed inspections. The noises and jerkiness were cause for alarm. Breakfast is the same every day: dried sausage, eggs, yogurt, a few breads to toast, cereals, waffles and a few pieces of fruit. We didn't require much but as my daughter was going to skate every morning, she needed something. On Saturday, all of the food ran out around 9 and even though breakfast closed at 9:30, nothing was replenished. There were no bagels, no yogurt, only some cereal but no milk and some very green bananas. The juice machine was broken. Gruanted it was crowded with a greedy bunch of customers taking huge plates up to their rooms. Sticky seats remained sticky multiple mornings. Our last day, we observed employees eating from the breakfast making customers wait. Finally, this hotel isn't located near anywhere you would want to go that would attract people to take advantage of using their quite limited parking lot. They have a cash grab going on by charging for parking. I would have gone to stay with friends except the stay was pre-paid with no refunds. I'm not giving the hotel 1 star only because it's not a fleabag, totally scummy unsafe place. 1.5 stars for lack of cleanliness, service, and maintenance. There is no excuse for a 4 year old hotel to be in this condition. Shame on them.

Overall a newer looking hotel with fairly friendly staff. Would probably return but also will look around for alternatives. In general, I question their attention to detail and the only other main issues were some discrepancies with what was listed in the app vs reality. Breakfast/Pool: All fine. Standard breakfast with eggs and sausage. Some potatoes would be nice. Waffle makers worked well and a small variety of breads and bagels as well as oatmeal and cereal. Pool was small but warm. Although it was cloudy and you couldn’t see past 2 feet deep. Nice that there’s a full bathroom and shower available in the pool area. Cleanliness: Aside from a decent amount of crumbs and dirt, there was a purple fingernail under the couch cushion and an antihistamine pill, crumbs, and pen, next to one of the bedside tables. The top glass above the coffee area was untouched, with a thick layer of dust and some sort of food left behind. Room: Mini fridge and mini microwave got the job done. Wasn’t excited to have a mini ironing board however. A full size would have fit in the closet and would’ve been much more useful. There were no available outlets within at least 7 feet of one side of the bed. There were some outlets but they were unreachable due to how the bed frame was secured to the wall. There were also no bedding available in the room for the trundle bed. Noise from adjacent rooms was minimal but I was woken up by someone walking around above me at 2 AM. No lotion or makeup wipes in the room, minor but something that often gets used on our stays. Issues: The Marriott app, under General Room Amenities, says that there’s an In-Room Safe that can hold a standard size laptop. But there is no safe. It also says it includes Bottled water but there was none. While looking in the app for my stay, it simply says parking is available. Trip Advisor also says parking is free. But it’s actually $3 per day. It turns out this is mentioned on the website for the hotel but not in the listed breakdown of amenities in the app reservation view.

We were in town for a wedding last weekend and stayed at this hotel. Overall, I was happy with the stay. The room was spacious, with a King size bed and a pull-out sofa. Honestly the bed was pretty comfortable.. I typically stay at Marriott hotels, though the only downfall for me is, I hate their beds! But this one was comfortable, I was not up all night, and the bed was NOT hard as a rock. The room had a very nice desk that looked at the bed but had a frosted sliding glass window in front of that for privacy. I thought that was clever. As I mentioned we were there for a wedding, my boyfriend went to iron his shirt with the iron provided in the closet. I am pretty sure it was broken because a few minutes into ironing, water started pouring out of the 2 bottom holes of the iron and got his shirt all wet. The bathroom was also very spacious, shower was a stand up with a glass door. I will mention that the door for the bathroom was not an actual door but was more like a sliding barn door. I thought that was kind of weird, being a bathroom but I guess this is the "new style now". It did not shut very well, you had to hold it closed for a few seconds to make it stay closed. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was SO SO hard to turn. You could pull the handle up to turn on the water, but like most sinks you should be able to move it left or right for hot or cold. At first... i thought it only went up and down and you could not adjust the temperature... that's how hard it was to turn. Overall, it was a good experience though. The front desk was very friendly. They did have complimentary breakfast in the AM. They also had a nice pool inside and a pretty spacious gym.

Positives - Great location. Helpful front desk staff. Negatives - hotel is dirty including having a lot of ants in our room. Getting clean towels took over an hour. The lock to our door did not work well so had to try shutting our door multiple times before it would lock, otherwise you could just push it open. Overall I would not recommend staying here as there are other hotels with just as good location.

The workers were great. Rooms were very nice. Parking was a bit wonky. They charge 3 bucks a night for parking. This seems like a cash grab that comes off as petty. That's the reason they don't get full marks.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had at Marriott. Staff was rude and unhelpful with issues. Room was clean and nice, but the other people in our party had a room with no working AC that took forever to fix and a broken microwave. The walls are thin and we got no sleep due to the neighbors yelling loudly and slamming their door until almost 4 am.

We called to confirm our reservation for our stay here. The lady at the desk confirmed that all was well with our reservation. We arrived after a long day of driving to find that they had bumped our reservation, just up and canceled it, and now I have to dispute the charge to my credit card because they charged the full amount to my card. The manager was like "Oh well so sorry." So unprofessional and what a terrible way to treat your guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
