SpringHill Suites Grand Rapids West - Hotel in Grandville - 4274 Parkway Pl, USA

I have been loyal to Hilton properties for a while now, but recently not so much. This SPRINGHILL Suites is spotless, the rooms are much larger and bathrooms roomier as well. Everything this place is, Hilton’s have not been. The bedding here is top notch and not scratchy. Very impressed and will definitely seek out SPRINGHILL Suites when traveling. Breakfast was also above average! This is a spot we would definitely return to now that we have family in town.

The hotel is very cute,modern and updated. The location is slightly awkward but overall good and safe. We loved how close it was to the mall, restaurants and shopping. The room itself was just wonderful. I had never stayed at this hotel brand before, so I thought the greeting on the TV screen was so unique. The beds, pillows and furniture were very comfortable! We love a super modern and clean hotel. The pool was small and cold but that wasn't really much of our concern as the pool was a bonus anyway. The breakfast was nice if you like mostly hot things. On the weekend they had a waffle maker but on the weekdays they didn't. They do offer bagels as a back up which is what I had because I don't like eggs or anything like that. I would say I really don't have any complaints or concerns. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in.

We booked a block of 25 rooms for our son's wedding at this hotel. We were very, very pleased with the rooms, the comments from our guests about the plentiful and restocked breakfast each day and the price. Jasmine, the Director of Sales was very helpful, polite, efficient and friendly. We dropped off "welcome gift bags" for each of the rooms and she personally made sure they were delivered. I called many times with questions and Jasmine always took the time to help. We arranged for bus transportation and the hotel graciously provided details to our guests when they asked for information. The weekend was exceptional and we thank all of the staff for their care and attention to details.

Very clean. I am pretty picky about my hotels and this one was very clean and did not smell at all. The hotel and rooms were modern and updated. There was not a lot of parking but we still found a spot even when we came back late at night and I felt safe in the neighborhood this hotel was located in.

My experience has been impeccable. The modern interior and exterior are immaculately maintained, Jessica at the front desk is amazing, the surrounding commerce is very convenient, and the location is ideal for attending events in Grand Rapids without having to navigate through all of the congestion of a larger city! I visited last month with my team from college. We were doing an evangelistic series in the Grand Rapids area, and this hotel was our place to sleep. I was amazed at how great the experience was. The staff were very helpful in answering questions. The breakfasts contained some really good eggs. I enjoyed the really nice rooms. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice. The hotel is in walking distance to lots of parks and stores. I would recommend.

Our room was a nice size, clean and quiet. Very rarely could we hear anything from outside our room. The bed was soft and extremely comfortable. We got a great night's sleep! I was a little concerned about road noise since this hotel sits right on the edge of 44th St. But we didn't hear traffic at all! We will definitely stay here again if we need a room in Grandville.

This hotel is in what seemed like a very safe place. It was very clean and very up to date. The pool is very small. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental. Plus we were able to bring our dog. Will definitely stay here again.
