Our family has stayed at this hotel twice now and both times our stay has been fantastic. The rooms are quiet and extremely clean. All of the facilities are modern, sleek, and clean. The breakfast in the morning is free and plentiful. The employees we interacted with have always been kind and helpful. We wouldn’t be able to justify staying anywhere else when we visit the area. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!
This hotel is brand new, so the lobby and room are set up very nicely. The service is top notch. Naceo at the front desk was very helpful to us, and the lady this morning (I regret not asking her name) is super friendly and positive. Overall it's a wonderful experience for me and my friend, and we got to enjoy the Delaware beaches before summer ends.
1 night stay with my kids and mother for the state fair. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the directions on Google maps takes you to the wrong location inside the town of Frederica, when this hotel is actually off of Rt 1. When we were directed to the wrong location by Google maps we called the hotel to clarify location yet no one answered the phone. Thankfully, we were able to get back on Rt 1 and find the hotel on our own, but for those travelling from out of town be aware of the wrong map location.
Overall though, it was a clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and good complimentary breakfast. The pool area was indoors and clean. Gym was clean and equipment was new. Front desk staff were friendly. There really isn't much nearby this hotel besides a liquor store but it served our needs to be near the DE State Fair and was perfect for a 1 night stay. I would stay again if ever in the area.
Staff is extremely friendly and customer service oriented. Hotel is very clean. Lobby, pool area, breakfast area, and fitness center are bright and open. Great hotel!
If you drive an EV this is the hotel for you. 6 free chargers, none of which were in use the night I was there. Yes, it took 11 hours to charge my car but still worth it.
Otherwise it is your standard mid level hotel but with everything new I was absolutely fine staying there and I would come again.
The only frustrating part is the algorithm that runs their pricing takes it from $150 to $400+ depending on how busy they are. This is not a $400 hotel no matter how desperate you may be.
We stayed one night and would definitely stay here again. It was clean and everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly. Loved the different layout of the room. The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. It is easy access on and off of interstate 1.
Decent property - I found this through the Marriott Bonvoy program & booked for 17,500 points. We got a suite, which was pretty nice. Free parking, pool, free breakfast, etc.
Can't say enough good things! New, modern, clean, with staff that are genuine, friendly, and helpful. I stayed on 3 different occasions for the purposes of studying so the facility was perfect. I especially love the included warm breakfast, hot coffee or tea always available, the open bright lit common area & the standard noon checkout! The few issues I had were taken care of immediately with my only immediate criticisms is that the heating/AC unit in one of the rooms was a bit loud & better water pressure would be great. Best kept secret! (but not for long ;) )
