SpringHill Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek - Hotel in Fort Worth - 5301 N Riverside Dr, USA

Family of 5. Last minute getaway with a late check-in is always iffy when we book a stay. No issues. Check in was quick and friendly. We were pulling a trailer and the parking lot had plenty of space. Room was clean and very spacious. Huge restroom and shower. Pull out bed was clean. Minor inconveniences but worth mentioning: There's only a small refrigerator that didn't even hold our leftovers. We made it work but usually our toddlers need milk so it wouldn't work if we were staying longer. The room is either pitch black or super bright from the restroom lights. No in between. Hard w toddlers. But perfect for nap time. My husband and oldest were able to play pool in the lobby which was really convenient for nap time. Overall a great place, glad we picked it.

Family of 6 with kids ranging from 0-9. This hotel was above my expectations. It was exceptionally clean. The service was great. The rooms were so much more spacious than most. Great sized bathroom and shower head was glorious. Beds were great. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The patio area had games including putt putt, ping pong, connect four, and more. There was a pool table and bar inside. If we go anywhere close to this hotel we will be staying here!

Best hotel in fossil creek area! We usually stay at Hilton hotels since we’re members but this time saw this hotel and all their amenities and wanted to give them a shot. So glad we did! Greeted as soon as we walked in by a very nice associate named Grable who really made our stay 10/10! We received an upgrade to a balcony which was awesome to enjoy at night to see the city lights. The outside area with games and pool table is such a nice touch. This hotel is so clean from the lobby to outside hang area to the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was great such a wide variety of fresh and hot food. Every night we had the pleasure of seeing Grable and he made sure our stay was going well. We will forever stay at this Marriott location. Thank you for making our family Vacation wonderful.

The room was clean and comfortable. My complaints are: one of the managers thought she had closed the room for carpet cleaning but didn't so the carpet was wet. Their Wi-Fi is not password protected which is a huge turn off. Also while we were there the bar was closed on a Saturday night after the bartender said she would give my wife and I a free drink for our 6th anniversary. The lady at the front desk was a little short with us when we asked about it. Everything really wasn't a big deal except for the Wi-Fi and for that reason I won't be back. For the prices they charge, they should have password protected Wi-Fi.

Everything is good. Shower could have more pressure. But I was at a different Springhill Suites last night, and I'm assuming this is gonna be a recurring issue for this brand. When plugging a console into the TV, to stream, the remote no longer works. So volume is just really loud. Can't use the TV button either for whatever reason to turn it down. Can't go back to TV, turn it down, and replug in console either, doesn't work. I'm not really sure what the issue is, haven't had this issue often, I travel for work. Should definitely look into it though. I can't, off top, think of any other hotels that have had this as a brand issue. The only thing worse is there's a brand with those remotes you can't change the input to the TV and the TV doesn't have a button to change the input. Some new stupid universal remote. But that's completely irrelevant to this.

One of my favorite hotels to stay in! The customer service is above and beyond always. The two lady’s that are always at check in make you feel so welcome and like you’re a part of family. The breakfast is always good and the rooms are great size! Best hotel ever!!!

The rooms are clean and large. There is a large open area behind the hotel with a grill, mini golf, other games, and seating area. The customer service is excellent.

Excellent service and really comfy rooms. Lots of activities like table tennis, putting, pool, and swimming. Also it had a really nice selection for breakfast. Definitely recommend this place.
