SpringHill Suites Fayetteville Fort Liberty - Hotel in Fayetteville - 4750 Lake Valley Dr, USA

I recently stayed here for a business conference and there is nothing to dislike here. The staff is kind and professional, always a smiling staff member here. Rooms are high end and large. The rooms have a place to do your work if needed. Wi-fi is fast and stable. The bar is open from 5-10PM, I never used it, but it's there. The breakfast is really good, lots of different selections and maintained by a friendly staff as expected from this hotel. There's an outdoor pool, I never used this, but it's available as well. This hotel and staff made my conference time very enjoyable.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is pretty small, with 4 treadmills and some dumbbells. It also has a pulley station. The outdoor pool was a nice hangout spot for us. Happy hour waa great. The wine and beer kept everyone social. This is a nice location if in the area.

I would leave zero stars if i was allowed to, but this hotel has some of the most RUDE employees, checking in was fine with no problems thanks to the three employees who were more than willing to help. I asked for late checkout and for the first time EVER staying at a hotel who I am a member at we were denied which is fine because I know that late checkout is not guaranteed but At 10:50 an employee knocked on the door asking how long until we would be leaving, when check out is at stated to be at 11 and then proceeded to call our room five minutes later to ask the same thing. The room was nice but i definitely would not recommend staying here to anybody. I also never didn’t receive my incidental deposit back even though there was absolutely nothing damaged, out of place or stained.

The room was so massive we had to drag ourselves out to get some food. Across the street is an AMC that was mobbed on Saturday night. I have not seen a crowd like that at the movies since the 80s. Very nice front desk with comfortable rooms; we slept very well. Strong showers and AC.

We've stayed a the Ft. Bragg (now Ft. Liberty) Springhill Suites, each year for the past three years. Each stay has been tremendous. The location is convenient, the staff is amazing and the breakfast is clutch. Located right off the highway, it is convenient to everything we need to do, during our stay. We visit yearly, as our kids love coming here for a specific basketball camp. From the time we arrive, the front desk staff is truly welcoming. Check in is a breeze, the rooms are spacious and clean, the lobby is well kept and we have zero complaints. The pool is great and spacious enough for many guests. The bar opens for happy hour and tends to get a crowd. The breakfast is plentiful. This is NOT a continental breakfast, but rather a full hot breakfast... meat, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, danishes, breads, etc. There's coffee and juices as well. The breakfast are never seems to be overcrowded. The staff is super friendly. Each time we enter the hotel, they welcome us. They are quick to help with anything you need... restaurant recommendations, extra towels, etc. The cleaning crews (room attendants & lobby staff) are absolutely "on it." The lobby is always kept well (shout out to Sarah)! There are plenty of dining choices within a few minutes drive. Parking is plenty. WiFi is easy to access and stable.

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. ||I checked in & the front desk said their system had gone down and they couldn’t find my reservation. Fortunately, I had my booking on my Bonvoy app and they had to find me a room. Not a good start. Someone had manually entered it under the wrong name.|| I came back to the room after my first day of meetings to no housekeeping. Called the front desk and was told they only do it every other day. Ok fine. I came back the second day and no housekeeping so I called the front desk They then. told me it’s only done every third day. I came home the third day to housekeeping and was told it was showing as cleaned on their board so I was all set. I was staring at a bed unmade, no coffee for the next morning and no fresh towels. I invited them up to come see what their clean room looks like. ||The executive housekeeper came to visit so I could show her and she said the reason was because I had things on the bed. Explains why my bed wasn’t made but what about the rest of the room? Why not just not refresh my coffee, bring me linens and do the general cleaning that housekeepers do? I had been texting the hotel during the day asking questions so I asked her why someone didn’t text me and tell me that I was not gonna have a clean room when I got back so I was prepared. When had an answer. I also asked why the front desk doesn’t inform you that you have to have a bed free of any personal items before any housekeeper will touch it when I checked in? As well as why not tell me what the housekeeping policy is when I checked in?||The first morning I was getting ready for my business meetings and had to take a warm shower. When I got home that night I tried to take a hot shower at 6:30 PM and was told that the hotel was full so I probably was not going to get hot water. I took another lukewarm shower. The next morning I had to leave the hotel at 4:30 to make my meeting. The shower was still warm & when I called the front desk they told me it was because people on my floor were showering and that’s why my floor was not gonna have a lot of hot water. The third day when I didn’t have hot water I called and I was told that I have to leave it running for about five minutes and then it would get hot. I looked at Marriott sustainability report and they follow the sustainable development goals with a water reduction intensity reductio goal by 15% yet. I am required to run my shower for five minutes until I get hot water. Seems a little contradictory to me. With water scarcity an issue across our country, this seems to be the antithesis of what Marriott wants to achieve. ||I did notice they have a ‘let’s go green’ policy. We won’t wash your towels if you hang them up like a lot of hotels do. Yet, it’s OK for me to run the water for five minutes until it gets hot.||#VeryUnhappyBonvoyMember

New, clean, attractive. Beds are very comfortable. Layout of room is ideal for one who likes to get up early and have a cup of coffee while the other sleeps in. BTW the arm of the sofa (maybe a sleep sofa?) is wide and flat, perfect for that coffee cup! Very comfortable room.

the absolute best customer service!! I accidentally ripped out my fresh nose piercing and the girls at the front desk helped me get it back in!!! I cannot thank y’all enough. pool was clean, room was too!!! the staff are super friendly and this will be our chosen hotel everytime we come to fayetteville. not to mention its fancy! definitely earned 5 stars from me and my family.
