New hotel, great location on the way to Florida! The day we checked in was the day that the credit card systems were down so things were a mess but the staff handled it very well. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool is a little small but worked fine for my kids. We will definitely stay again!
Great stay. New hotel with a great layout. Plenty of room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Huge T.V. Plenty of USB ports for charging. Very friendly staff. Very clean and orderly. The only complaint is the cable or satellite kept fading in and out. I would definitely stay again.
The hotel itself is new and nice as expected. However, the service was lousy. Listed as an amenity was daily room service/cleaning, but our room was not touched by staff during our five night stay. In addition, we had to call down to the front desk to get new towels and additional toilet paper. I have stayed at a lot of Marriott’s and never have I encountered anything like this. The breakfast was below average./
The entire hotel ran out of toilet paper. No manager was around to go buy toilet paper from a grocer in the interim. We were 5 people staying for 3 nights, and a half roll of tp with a potty training toddler isn’t enough. The receptionist felt so bad that she gave me the half roll from the staff bathroom. Another receptionist (Peggy) didn’t know how to ring me up and proceeded to scan the items in my face. The elevator on the right (#1) had issues with its call button in the lobby, and on the second floor. We had to press the call button on the left elevator (#2) to be able to get grandma up and down. There were stains on the bathroom wall that looked like coffee by the trash which tells me that housekeeping didn’t clean thoroughly enough. There are too many basic things breaking down (adequate supplies/lack of proper training) that shouldn’t be happening. When I escalated this to receptionist, I was told there was no manager around to escalate the issues to. I don’t believe I would ever visit this hotel again, so how could I ever recommend this hotel? The terrible experience at a brand new hotel is astonishing. The two stars are for the breakfast attendant, the and the maintenance worker who really embody what it means to be in hospitality (polite, gracious, and kind).
We stayed 2 nights. TV was terrible the entire time, you could only watch for 4-5 minutes before it went out. Room was clean but didn't have any coffee pods. First morning breakfast was great. Second morning, more help was needed in the breakfast area. Only one woman was handling everything. We arrived 30 minutes after it opened and there was no hot food available. No milk so cereal was no, too. A baseball team was staying at the hotel and they cleaned out the breakfast and poor girl couldn't clean tables and restock everything. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.
We stayed here while passing thru to Huntsville, AL. It's a newer hotel and pretty clean. Pool is small and outdoors. Fitness room was clean with adequate equipment. The breakfast was horrible. You are better off going to McDonald's. The rooms are tight, but pretty clean. Good hygiene products in the bathroom.
New Hotel so I expected a good experience. The room was nice but it was clear that the staff needed some coaching. I would expect a Marriott would be a full service hotel and was shocked to learn rooms were serviced every three days, despite the website stating daily service. Trying to save $’s, I assume. Had to request new towels and additional toilet paper. Overall one of my worst Marriott experiences.
Sharikea (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) but you were amazing! I haven’t received service like this ever! You were so helpful, kind, and sweet. You went above and beyond great customer service! The hotel was so clean and smelled great. The pool was clean and so refreshing. Beautiful gym area. Breakfast was great as well. I never leave a review this quickly. But you deserve a promotion!! I’ll definitely stay again. The only thing I really looked forward to was sitting out by the fire. Unfortunately the rain caused it to be out of service. Other than that there wasn’t anything bad about this hotel at all. Thank you for a great stay. Also, it was amazing to have Netflix access! The room slept 6 people and everyone was so comfortable!
I canât begin to express how kind, welcoming ands polite the entire staff is. Weâve stayed here twice and both times had wonderful experiences. The only reason I canât say 5 star is that the rooms need some attention. For example, outlets need
Spacious, clean rooms with great air-flow & ventilation. Beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels provided.
Staff was so professional and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious; the attendant was mindful and caring. The biscuits & gravy and fre
I enjoyed, my stay at this Comfort Inn & Suites during my stay in Dothan,Alabama.
Their free, early morning breakfast menu from 6 AM to 11 AM is tasty and excellent even for the entire
family to experience.
In town tending to my mom during a recent hospital stay at Southeast Health. It's an easy drive, about 12-15 min. Parking lots are well lit, as is the lobby. Lobby and rooms are nice and clean & well maintained. I can't say I have any complaints, tho
Absolutely amazing service and pastries. My husband were in town for a few days and ended up going three mornings in a row! We loved the scones! So soft and fluffy with great flavors! Blueberry, raspberry white chocolate, and Apple Cinnamon. A great
