SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden - Hotel in Lakewood - 1315 Colorado Mills Pkwy, USA

This is a lovely, well run and clean hotel. Springhill Suites’ rooms are large and comfortable. The free breakfast had nice choices. Free parking and walking distance to Colorado Mills mall- also with easy access to parkways. The staff is great- shout out to Nik and others who were friendly and professional and recognized my Titanium Elite Status. Before we arrived I had some questions and called and Jason was very helpful. The pool is ok- small but adequate. We will surely stay here again

This is a typical Springhill hotel—modern, clean, good breakfast. What made it stand out was the kind and helpful service at reception. Nick and Jacob were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Well kept and clean, and quiet. Really good breakfast options. Really good workout room. Very helpful staff; Nick at the front desk was a huge help. The hotel we'd booked fell through after two nights. SpringHill became a backup. It'll be our first choice from now on. Thanks All.

Excellent stay at SpringHill! I would highly recommend. Nikki at the front desk provided outstanding customer service and made us feel at home right away. My wife and I truly appreciated that after a long day of travel. Great location, excellent customer service and clean rooms. Would give more stars if I could.

We love this hotel, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of five is because of the breakfast times. Most days im up early enough to get breakfast, but sometime I just want to sleep a little more and breakfast is done at 9 during the week and everything is pulled right then. Other than that the breakfast is good and had a good selection of foods to choose from and the staff is fantastic! Also, I’m a pillow snob so I bring my pillow with me but it would be nice to have a firm option for the pillows. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wanted to give a shoutout to Nick, the attendant who checked me in. He was kind and professional at check in but also was helpful when I was looking for coffee (gave additional coffee for room), and offered suggestions for local restaurants for food and was just all around cheerful. It made for a home-like comfortable vibe at this hotel. Rooms are very clean, decent view of the mountains. Good experience. Thank you Nick and team.

We enjoyed the proximity to food options, shopping and interstate access. The area of town seems decently safe. The front desk staff was reasonably friendly but nothing over and above. We did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment. The pool was closed. The hotel seemed relatively new but appeared to be well loved (to put it nicely). Room 216 was awful! Broken toilet handle, shower curtain rather than glass shower, stained bath tub, trash on the floor from previous guests, shower head lacking pressure and leaking out from the bottom and the mirror in the bathroom was streaked with something permanent.... maybe contractor glue ...not sure but it was all over. It worked for a one night stay but we will likely not return to this location after our experience.

This review is of the service and not the hotel itself since we didn’t have a chance to stay there. We are moving across the country so we booked our room in advance. We also checked in via the mobile app a day before our reservation. We showed up in the late evening after driving up from Albuquerque with my family only to be told that the hotel overbooked and we’d have to go to another hotel. They paid for our stay at another Marriott hotel but the alternate accommodation was not on the same tier as the SpringHill chain and they didn’t offer the same amenities. Additionally, we specifically chose this hotel because of the EV charging available. My disappointment with the hotel service is that we were never called, emailed, or sent a text to tell us our room was unavailable; we had to show up with our belongings in hand to be told to go somewhere else. All this to say our experience here was very frustrating and Marriot should do better to communicate with their guests if the room they booked is no longer available.
