If I could give 10 Stars I would for the customer service at this place. Sean at the front desk has amazing customer service skills and was a real joy to run across at the front of this hotel. I travel a lot and also work in the industry and I am exceptionally impressed it is kindness generosity and overall good people skills. He appears to be the type that will always go above and beyond not just for the customer but for the company he works for. I hope you guys know you are lucky to have him as an employee.

We had to take our daughter to a doctor appointment in Colorado. It was across the street from the hospital. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are larger than other rooms I have been in. The shower and toilet is in different rooms. So if someone shower other can still use the toilet.they have breakfast in the morning. A nice small gym. A nice small pool which needs to be cleaned. But I think we caught them on the forth of July so it was super busy.

We've been staying at SpringHill suites for various doctor's appointments. The first night we stayed was excellent. The second time we came in the rooms air conditioner dinner work which was disappointing. The third stat everything was fine the fourth stay everything was fine. The fifth day again no complaints. Are six stay. We were put in a king room with a shower. No bathtub and we didn't have any complaints. We have one more stay to complete our doctor's appointments so that'll be sometime in August. They do have a continental breakfast which has a lot of good various options. Best suggestion is get there early in the morning as they don't like to restock towards the end. They do have a pool which is nice. There is no hot tub. And they do have a courtesy shuttle that goes within 3 to 5 mi of the hotel. They did drop us off at the train station which was nice. And they will pick you up from the train station if you are coming in for your stay.

Inconsiderate and unhelpful. No basic human kindness here. *Morning staff was nice and helpful. He was able to do what was said to be impossible by the evening staff. Simply stay in the same room for two nights. Amazing what employees can do or not do for your business.

We were going to visit a relative who lives in Colorado, while we live in Missouri. She ended up being in the hospital for surgery. She was not able to go home yet, so we had to cancel our original reservation in Sterling, CO and find a hotel in Aurora, CO. It was late afternoon when I called. The man was so kind when he heard our story. He was able to get us a room. Hayden was the clerk on duty and was so friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Devin was the bartender and was great. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety.

First upon arrival after booking with points, we enter to a horrible mildew , and dirty mop smell. We check in put a card on file for the incidental deposit. Myself, my wife , my sister in law her son and my son. (5 & 18 mos). We start to unload and move things to our room , a double queen suite, in room 418. Upon entering the forth floor the smell is even worse as if there are numerous leaks and the carpet is molded. We don’t complain. We used points that we earned with cash stays yet points none the less so nothing out of pocket “right now”. Over night my nephew ,5 get sick my sister in law takes him to the hospital. Before they return My wife , son and I leave for breakfast as the lobby is so putrid you can not enjoy a meal. While we were gone my sister in law and nephew return , they attempt to eat breakfast that signs everywhere say is complimentary, “Auntie” or Kim approached my sister in law and nephew as thought she was befriending them, after a few moments starts yelling at them that they are “homeless” my sister in law states I’m staying in room 418 I’m a guest. Kim then responds loudly and angrily in front of several other guests, “ you are homeless and need to leave now, there is NO room 418!!! Leave Now!!” After finding that she was indeed a guest she did apologize . But this should never have happened! Especially when she proved herself with a keycard and no one validated it before profiling her and discriminating against her and her son. My wife and I called the manager Heather Etheridge, who was nothing but argumentative. She apologized but with contempt in her voice. We agreed that we would do what we needed through the day and contact her upon our return to go over what we thought was fair for dealing with this matter . She informed us that she would speak to her staff and find out “the truth”. I asked if she could review the audio and video surveillance, she informed me “there wasn’t any” on which I noticed many video surveillance locations throughout the lobby. And she would coach them so it didn’t happen again. On our return I had decided that we just wanted our points back and nothing more. But Heather came out to greet us after we asked for her, and started telling us , “This is what my staff said” every word she said she was validating her “staffs” actions which were profiling and discriminating. She apologized that it happened but gave excuses that her staff acted accordingly. She consistently complained about the homeless and tried to blame the area for the “staffs actions”. She stated several derogatory things about the “homeless”. I under the situation, but this didn’t involve actual “homeless” it involved a loyal customer. And homeless or not, they too are people. So I am sure that Kim was not coached on better handling a actual customer and how discriminating by profiling is wrong and not what Mariot Bonvoy stands for whatsoever! Heather as a General Manager needs to be coached on situations like this , because not only did she handle it wrong she lost loyal customers to Mariot at her establishment. And customers who will speak very low of this establishment because not only is it evident that it is not clean but the staff is also discriminating against people without a educated knowledge of true profiling. I do not recommend this establishment nor would I even step foot into the putrid smelling lobby or hotel again.

Highly recommend this place. Very nice breakfast with a variation everyday. 20 mins away from airport and a lot of food options available to be delivered late night. Very friendly staff and excellent location.

Decent hotel overall. The free breakfast is pretty standard low quality you would expect (the usual: rubbery eggs, low quality sausage patties, flavorless muffins, overcooked oatmeal). The fitness room is very lacking.. it closet sized and there’s like 2 treadmills and some dumbbells.. and THATS IT. Seems to be popular for folks visiting town for the hospital across the street, lots of kids and families. Might not the best place for business travelers that might want a quieter atmosphere.. also avoid if you don’t like being around the infirmed.
