Service is everything and this place has a real gem in Toni! The room I was assigned had a dysfunctional television. Toni was up to assess the situation super quickly and with a smile on her face. She let me know that she planned to change my room, communicated just a few minutes in, that it would be ready soon and she even came back up to help me move my bags over. She was wonderful and the reason I'll be back. I tend to pick whichever Marriott property has the best cost when I visit my corp office but it's team members like Toni that sway my loyalty and make me favorite a location. So many times, when something isn't right, whether it's with a room, rental car, etc.. you get a dismissive, put out rep who makes you feel like you're a bother. They should all take a lesson from Toni. This is a nice property. The lobby is comfortable and modern with plenty of functional work space. The rooms are nicely laid out with a kitchen, separate desk area and sitting area. The bathroom is split in two, with the toilet in one and shower and space to get ready in another. It's really nice, especially if you're sharing a room.

On Sunday, the AC at our house went out, and with the weather, we were not able to get a technician to come out until Wednesday. That being said, we booked three nights at the Spring Hill Suites. From the minute we walked in the door, the staff treated us like family. They accommodated every request we made with a smile. They were very attentive to our needs and got to know us by name. Wendy and her team were absolutely amazing and worth staying here alone. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Our room had bunk beds which our son absolutely loved. The showers and amenities were great. The pool was clean, and the hot tub was hot! The breakfast was top-notch for a continental breakfast. I am so thankful for Wendy and her staff for making a tough time my family was going through a positive experience. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

While it may not seem like a very nice hotel, it was actually better than we thought. We went to Dallas for a short time for my great grandmother’s funeral and the hotel was pretty nice. Their breakfast had oatmeal, Texas shaped waffles, and more. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel also had a pool and a hot tub which is great for kids or if you just wanna cool off. The room looked pretty modern and had all the necessities you need for a good nights rest, but it wasn’t all good. The location was literally right off the interstate and it wasn’t a very walkable area, I could tell that a lot of people stayed here were on road trips. Also I had a little beef with the hotel rooms bathrooms. In our room there was one half bath with just a toilet Miorr and sink and another half bath with a shower, toilet, and sink. This made it hard to know which bathroom to go to if I had to pee at night. Overall because of these factors I rate my experience a 3 out of 5 stars

I really enjoyed my stay here. All staff members were very friendly, helpful and accommodating in ensuring my family and I had a comfortable stay. Toni was exceptional offering to help promptly without hesitation, especially when I had to bother her to get hot water to make formula for my baby every night, and even offered bottles of milk for my toddler. Housekeeping was every other day but inbetween they did offer a quick refresh to the room which was great. Hotel is in business area so nice and quiet. Only complaint was the quality of the tissue paper and toilet paper was more on the low end and rough on skin. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great breakfast saves at least 15+20 dollars. great room air conditioning because the thermostat is on the wall opposite the air conditioner. Beds very comfortable. Great practical room design, for example, sliding doors to shower and toilet area and toilet area separate from shower area.

recently, i booked at this hotel, but i didn't stay and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars. Let me break it down: Room Layout: The biggest downside for me was the bathroom setup. Each room had a separate shower and toilet area. While this wasn’t mentioned in the room description, it caught me by surprise. Personally, I prefer a more integrated bathroom space. If you’re okay with this arrangement, it might not bother you as much. Cleanliness and Service: On the positive side, the room itself was nice and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed a refund. They promptly processed it without any fees, which I appreciated. In summary, if you can overlook the bathroom layout, you’ll find a decent stay here. Kudos to the front desk team for their excellent service!

Very clean, comfortable and well maintained hotel. Personnel were very nice too. Loved the room layout and comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple but quality offerings. It was a very good value and we will stay here again when visiting the area.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. |Shout out to the Manager, Ginger, who personally helped us look for a lost shirt that was part of my daughter's NCA Cheer attire. She went above and beyond to try to find it personally.|Also, thank you to Dominica (?) at the breakfast who was very helpful and had a wonderful smile to greet us in the morning. She was also kind enough to help me practice my Spanish! |The double queen suites are nice and roomy. Perfect for a stay of 5+ days.
