SpringHill Suites Dallas McKinney/Allen - Hotel in McKinney - 2660 S Central Expy, USA

The booking process was simple, straight forward, and kind. The manager Yajaira was phenomenal! When we arrived to the hotel we were able to check in and went to our rooms, we had a brief issue with our key card that fixed promptly which was amazing and 5 Star worthy. When we entered the room we needed to use the mini fridge and unfortunately half of it was completely frozen solid, we understand, stuff happens. So why 3 stars? The hotel doesn’t appear to have service elevators and the elevators it has for guests are pretty small, we spent 10 minutes at one point waiting on elevators because one after the other was full of housekeeping staff (no problem at all, they have a job to do, we understand, been there done that). When we got to breakfast, the tables weren’t wiped but maybe before breakfast and after breakfast as our table had been empty for some time. It was awful. We dropped bags off to be delivered to the hotel rooms which is what was supposed to happen and guests received them as they checked in…their hands were already full and grabbing one more item seems small but in my directions to the manager she said they would be delivered to the rooms before guests arrived. It was an okay stay overall, not at all what I was expecting. Also, the bathroom door is fogged so you can see everything. We were a bridal party, this was not ideal as we felt we needed to sit on the couch while someone was showering. This hotel was not well thought out and seemed like a rushed build.

We booked a room block at SpringHill Suites for our wedding, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, thanks to the attentive and professional staff. Our guests were impressed with the accommodations and praised the comfort and cleanliness of their rooms. The hotel manager, Yajaira and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our big day, making our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Positive: I loved that everything was clean and smelled nice. Negative: I did not like that my room was never cleaned even when they told me it would be cleaned every other day. Also only one elevator worked when I checked in then the second elevator broke down during my stay and I was told I couldn?t get a first floor room.

Great location; Room smelled of wet smell. Stayed for a week for a baseball tournament. Checked out of room early and asked if bonvoy points would be refunded. Were told yes, after multiple calls and un-returned phone calls manager called back a month later to say they would have to review cameras and get back to me. Never got back with me. Called back again and stated they would refund points. Points were never refunded and hotel stated to call Marriott customer care of which we opened a ticket. Bounced back to hotel would have to resolve. Points still have not been refunded and it has been 2.5 months. Would not recommend as they do not handle customer service very well.

Beautiful property! Very friendly staff. Nice, clean property. Good location. Delicious breakfast with many options. Very comfortable beds and room. The only thing that could've been better was having the pool be heated, and if they had a hot tub. Not a complaint though. I would stay again, and recommend to others!

The building and the facility were relatively new. The room, the restroom and the public area were clean. The service was fine. There was the outdoor swimming pool to cool down a little bit under the Texas sunshine in the summer time.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament in Melissa. It was great bc there is a Hilton across the parking lot so players and their families were able to stay in either and still gather in the lobby for pizza and players could easily hang out. Our room was clean, spacious, and modern. I needed a fridge and microwave in the room due to needing to bring special food for dietary concerns, so that was helpful. Huge closet, and shelving and furniture around on which to put our things (including two coolers and a bin with food and supplies) so my son and I weren't tripping over each other's stuff. My son partook of the free breakfast. Staff was helpful. The elevator was always available; somehow there was never a clog or a queue, which is rare. Comfortable bed.

Oir first room had some kind of bugs in the bed. They moved us to a different room. The service was not that friendly and the rooms could definitely be cleaned better. But most hotels are basically the same nowadays.
