Awesome stay. The room was great. Has nice furniture and furnishings. Breakfast was great had a nice assortment of food and drinks. Will stay here again.

Convenient location south of Dallas. The rooms were modern and very clean. I was impressed with the quality for this tier of hotel, as it is superior to other chains we have stayed at. Free breakfast that was tasty and healthy. My daughter left her cherished stuffed toy and the staff found it and held it for us to come pick up - which meant the world to her. I would stay here again without a doubt. Highly recommend for anyone planning to stay in the Mansfield area.

Hotel was clean. They didn’t have a sheet set available to be able to use sofa trundle for our 2nd child. The breakfast was very lacking—no meat option at all, no gluten-free cereal option (even cheerios works!), no hard-boiled eggs, yogurt was chunky. When staying here to make sure your team is rested and ready for a full day of tournament games, it’s a shame we couldn’t give them a decent night sleep or good breakfast. Emailed the GM my feedback and never heard back.

This hotel exceeds every expectation! The rooms are exceptionally clean, they’re modern and with beautiful decor. The closet was huge and the bathroom was super clean and also pretty big. Breakfast was delicious and hard to believe because it’s free! The breakfast options are healthy and yummy!!!! So unexpected for a hotel that offers free breakfast. The staff were friendly except for the young girls that check you in/out but what can you expect from unmotivated young girls! I will definitely stay there every time I visit Mansfield!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is exceptional. It was one the best experiences at a hotel I have had in this area. The breakfast was great as well. Thank you for your amazing and perfect service!

We block booked this place for a funeral and had about 30people over a course of 4 days. The so called "deal" was NOT a deal as we were still paying about $150-180 per night...a rip off. The room were clean but the few staff we saw were like robots, the rooms were not worth 180 a night.||||After 3 days stay, we reserved a separate last day but after the burial, we decided to spend the last day with widow's house (she needed support) before coming back to the UK, ||We asked if we could cancel the room (24hrs notice) and to everybody's shock we were quoted the standard nonsense policy of "you need 48hrs to cancel". Of course we knew that, but we were thinking they will make an exception because of the number of business we had brought them the last 4days. ||||We would have expected basic common sense to prevail especially having taken more than 20 rooms for a number of days but they were more bothered about making that last $140 rather than making an exception. What a mess and what a shame. the hotel is a disgraced and there will be more rewarding reviews coming your way once people settle down in their various places. CROOKS....||||The breakfast was ok provided you get down early if not its stalled powdered eggs and its take it or leave it. The lady making the food thou was first class and ran around trying to attend to customer, she was class. ||||Overall, we were all grieving to complain but despite the manager knowing about our request, she was as useless as the receptionist that originally dealt with us who was as deem as a anything||||What a shame........ Companies with no human feeling or interaction or reward, make all the buck you can.....embassing.....
