This should not be considered a SUITE! Microwave & small fridge (like so many hotel rooms now.) No kitchen utensils, dishes or supplies. No coffee or end tables by the sofa. ||ONE bar of soap. No lotions, q-tips, etc. Coffee for only one cup regular and one cup decaf. ||The pool was open for only one of the two nights we were there; we had to walk across two parking lots to a related hotel to use a pool the first night.||To access power on one side of the king bed, you had to get on your hands and knees and (hopefully) have a long enough power cord to reach underneath the nightstand to the plug. No extension cords were available at the facility.||The bed was great.

Absolutely average. Minimum breakfast items that the brand requires, broken juice machine serving hot juice with an ice bucket next to it. Every other day housekeeping, and a weird $19/ day parking charge that just is an outright money grab given the size of the never full lot and Industrial complex rural location. Room and towels and sheets were clean, room furniture has some heavy wear on it. AC turns off I. The overnight even with reasonable movement and elevators are very slow and very very clunky noisy. Doesn't Inspire confidence . Good stay, minimums met. No real negatives. Completely forgettable property.

I Made a reservation. Checked in 5 times shifting my arrival time. When I arrived at 11pm I was told I didn’t have a room!!!! No assistance was offered. I have been a loyal Marriott bonvoy costumer and this may change now! To dump me at 11pm when I have updates !!!||UNACCECTABLE!!!!

Great value. One of the better hotel gyms I’ve used. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is nice having waffles and biggest plus the coffee in the lobby.

The room was dirty when we checked in. There was toothpaste in the sink and food on counters and the TV. I know hotels are short staffed and carry lysol wipes, so my son and I wiped everything down. We were exhausted and went to bed early, but we did notice that the sink drains were draining slowly. The next day, we were out all day but came back to the room in the evening. We turned the TV on, it was an old thick set, and the image only had red and green in the colors. We tried to wash clothes, and a dryer was out of order. The drains were worse than the day before, and the toilet backed up. Additionally, other hotel guests trashed our floor, and there was mayonnaise in the elevator, chips crunched all over the floor and towels thrown down the hallway I went to the front desk to complain to Jarron at the front desk. He said there was little he could do but would try to clean up the elevator. He didn't know if he had a plunger but would try to find one. We asked for additional towels and TP, and he did give us these items. We had to use the bathroom downstairs by the pool, and eventually, he brought us a plunger, gave it to my mom, and told her she would have to do it herself. The toilet was a mess and overflowed, and she had to clean it up herself, too. We soon realized we couldn't use our bathroom without plunging it, so we had to go downstairs every time we had to go. I complained to Daisha at the desk the next morning. The chips from the other guests were still all over the hall. She said all she could give us was 5000 Marriott points. The internet says this is worth about $20. I paid over $400 for a 2-night stay WITH my AAA discount. This was way more than I would normally pay for a hotel of this quality in the first place. The 5000 points are insulting. She said she did not have the power to do anything more. I felt we should at least have a comped night. She said she would call Zach, the actual hotel manager, and call me back. When she did, he only allowed her to give us the 5000 Marriott points. In summary, they charged us $200 per night for a dirty room that didn't have a working toilet or TV. This is a complete rip-off. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott or Springhill suites again if they think this level of service and quality of rooms is acceptable for $400. In addition to these issues, we also witnessed an employee drop the bread covers for the breakfast buffet on the ground and place them back on the bread without wiping them off. Yuck! I also agree with other posters that the walls are very thin. We could hear everything happening in the hallway and the rooms next to ours.

The hotel’s front desk is frequently unstaffed, so often that a pre-printed “We have stepped away” sign seems to sit there permanently. Someone generally arrived in 5-10 minutes. We encountered this when we arrived at 9pm, again 20 minutes later when we wanted extra towels, and when we wanted to check out at 10am. Folks working there are nice, but they must need more help. Our room had two queen beds, with one of them so close to the inside wall that there was only 1-2 inches on the right side, not enough for someone to get in or out of the bed. Beds were extra-firm, too, much more so than what you’d typically find at a Springhill Suites. The ice machine on the top floor was off, but I found one working one floor down. This appears to be a franchise operated hotel, but it’s not what I’d expect at all.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The rooms are clean, but that’s where the good ends. The walls are paper thin and you can hear literal conversations happening. We had the pleasure of neighbors who never went to sleep and talked the whole night. They were extremely loud and kept my family awake. We called the front desk and they came and knocked on my door at 1:30am to ask us which room was making noise. That was the extent of their “help” with the situation. At 5:30am there were other guests getting up and we could hear it all. I wouldn’t pay $50 to stay here again. Save yourself the headache and risk of having a similar night to ours.

Absolutely wonderful experience here at SpringHill Suites! Daisha is the most energetic, welcoming, and friendly person. She went out of her way to make our stay excellent when we were stranded in town with car trouble. Highly recommend staying here next time you're in Colorado Springs!
