Nice comfy and convenient location. Vernon at the front desk has excellent customer service. He helped us check in after hours, immediately opened the doors for us, and made us feel welcome. Asia was very helpful with providing me a replacement room key. She properly verified the account information and literally handed me an activated key in seconds. Great stay— we will definitely be returning :)

The Springhill is centrally located with easy driving to GOG, Manitou Springs, and Broadmoor. The are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The staff is courteous, breakfast is free and underground parking is provided ($17 per night ???). The best part is that the Springhill shares an 8th floor restaurant and bar with the Element next door. The bar is outside and faces the mountains at sunset. Beautiful view and worth seeing even if you are not a hotel guest

I came to Colorado Springs for my best friends wedding. It was my first time being in Colorado, and staying here was probably the best decision I made! Vernon and Asia at the lobby desk were amazing! They were very friendly and helped provide the best local restaurants and things to do. Every place that we went to that they recommended, we had a great time. The hotel was very clean and safe. I love that they have eco friendly amenities, and I love the modern look so much! This will absolutely be my favorite place to stay when coming back to Colorado Springs.

A wonderful hotel in a cool part of the city. Rooms are clean, the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a 2 level parking garage under the hotel. You can park for an additional $17 per day. There are lots of places within walking distance. I enjoyed riding the Lime scooters around downtown. 5 ✨'s!

Fantastic location in downtown. The restaurant on the roof has an amazing view in every direction. The room was well designed and very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Especially by Vernon at the front desk. He was a great help during my stay.

Check-in went very smoothly, as I am 18, and the normal requirement is 21. The front desk was helpful when we needed to ask any questions. The room was so clean and the everywhere inside the hotel was clean. The breakfast was amazing and delicious.

Definitely a 5 Star hotel. But the surrounding area dings it down to 4 stars. Downtown area is mostly vacant and dead, until the sun goes down. At night the restaurants open and it comes alive. Hotel restaurant is super expensive, so you’ll want to visit the Mexican restaurant next door for dinner. Hotel is ADA compliant and service dog friendly. Parking will run you $17 a night to park in the hotel parking garage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the outstanding amenities. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from the Lumin8 Rooftop Social Club, which added a unique touch to my experience. Additionally, the shower pressure was exceptional—by far the best I've encountered in all my travels across the US. Also the taco restaurant next door is outstanding!! This hotel truly stands out for its attention to detail and quality. Well done!
