SpringHill Suites Chicago Southwest at Burr Ridge/Hinsdale - Hotel in Burr Ridge - 90 N Frontage Rd, USA

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family. The price was affordable but the room (the carpet especially) was very dirty. Big, gross stains on the sofa and pillows. AC unit was unbearably loud. Our room didn't have a table and chairs as advertised. The bathroom was so small you could barely open the door without stepping in the shower to clear the toilet with the door. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Overall it just needs some updates.

It was an average hotel stay. We weren't welcomed at the reception desk and felt quite uncomfortable. The room didn't have an excess to the fresh air and just had a very noisy air conditioning which woke us up at night when was turning on. The fridge didn't keep cold air and kept leaking. The only thing we liked it was scrambled eggs which are cage free eggs and tasted delicious! My kids had them 2 days in a row.

Robin was super accommodating after I had cancelled my room for the night earlier due to a meeting and then had to rebook that night due to another meeting. Highly recommend hotel as the rooms are spacious and amenities are very good including their pool, breakfast and lobby area.

We've stayed here before, but it's been a while. Location is near enough to MDW, but also away from the airport hassle. Rooms are decent, but showing wear now. Very comfortable stay IMO. NO complaints and staff was courteous.

The hotel location is pretty good and convenient since connect to freeway pretty fast. The breakfast have various selections. Bread, milk, egg, meat, pancake, coffee so on.. Room is clean and spacious, pretty quiet and don't really hear anything from next door. Just only one thing can be improve, the AC pretty loud and every 5 or 10 minutes start the stop. If anyone considering sleep quality need to aware this issues.

Been coming here for several years with our families. The breakfast is always good and free! Staff is always great. Rooms have everything we need... it's just starting to look a little dated. But that is the only negative thing I have to say. Will return.

The room was awful and outdated. Windows were completely fogged up due to broken seals, nothing is visible through them. Mattresses were old and unsupportive, did not get a good nights rest with them. The bathroom doors swung inwards which is normal but the door took literally the entire bathroom when is was being opened. If you were inside the bathroom and opened the door you’d have to be standing on the toilet to not get hit. I could’ve had this experience sleeping at a cheap roadside motel. This is not what what we were used to from springhill suites, way below expectations. Ryan was a very inhospitable, ill-mannered employee which would’ve made this stay a one star however, Jessica and Nick, after being very polite and hospitable with us managed to salvage a star on the rating scale.

We discovered bed bugs on the 1st night of our 5 night stay. We reluctantly moclved to a different room at 1am. At that point I had already paid for the entire stay and I did not have extra funds to book another hotel while waiting for the refund to come in. So my kids and I had to stay there. We left with bites all over our bodies, so there must have been bed bugs in our other room too. The hotel offered me a refund for 1 night of my 5 night stay....and the email said it will be back to my Mastercard in a few days. I paid with a Visa...so I'm not even sure if I'm getting reimbursed for one of the nights. Will never stay here again
