SpringHill Suites Chattanooga North/Ooltewah - Hotel in Ooltewah - 8876 Old Lee Hwy, USA

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Service is great and brought my family with my nephew for Labor Day weekend. Camry checked me in and she was great and a real asset to the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. I ate at the grill one night and the server was great! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful each day. There are many hotels in Chattanooga but we will frequent this one moving forward. Thank you!

Loved everything about our stay here. We got a great military discount and the front desk clerks were amazing! The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. We even had a walk in closet! The breakfast was everything other reviewers had said. So many choices and always being checked and restocked. Comfy breakfast area with 4 TV s on different stations.

Relatively new location with very nice employees. Awesome shower! Convenient from I-75 and plenty of good food nearby. If you are a light sleeper, ask for an odd number room. Rooms facing the back can hear a train whistle throughout the night. Earplugs were provided in our room. We’ll definitely stay there again, but in an odd numbered room facing the front of the property.

The lobby is clean. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are super clean. The bar has an awesome happy hour and the prices are super cheap. The food is VERY good too, and inexpensive. We had the fried mushrooms and fried chicken sliders. Clearly, made from scratch and they were fantastic.

Stopped overnight on a roadtrip. The two queen suite has the two queen beds, a full-length sofa and a trundle under the sofa, potentially allowing parents + 3 kids each with a separate bed. Very nice desk in the center, and a standard coffee/microwave/fridge combo. Full walk-in closet. ||Some pros:|- Comfortable beds|- Good climate control|- Good shower|- nice 24h exercise room with multiple fairly new machines which all seemed to be functional|- nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options, hot and cold|- decent internet with no login needed||The only slight negative comment I'll give is that a couple of design choices for the room seem a little odd. The door to the bathroom is distorted glass, meaning if people are trying to sleep and someone is using the bathroom, it lights up the whole room. Similarly, the desk has sliding panels to block view of the beds, but they are also frosted glass, so if a light is on, the beds get it full blast.||I was a little concerned by a couple of other reviews saying there were issues with the online registration/key system, but if so, they have been largely resolved. I reserved the room on the app and did electronic checkin. The electronic key on my phone worked, but we also requested a couple of physical keys at the desk. The whole process was as smooth as it should be. Having said that, the app-based keys on the iPhone require the phone to be pressed firmly to the door lock, and still don't work every time, so I'd just stick with the physical keycards at this location.

We had a great stay at this Springhill Suites. The rooms are huge and very modern. ||Evelyn greeted us with a warm smile and professionalism. She was very helpful and made our check-in experience a great one!||We would stay again:) |Thank you Evelyn!!

From the begining to the end of my trip everything was perfect. Starting at the front desk where I met Ms. Evelyn who was very professional and charming. The room and breakfast staff was amazing. There were several places within walking distance to dine. My room, hallway and outside was very clean. All I can say about my stay at Springhill Suites in Ooltewah, Tn was simply perfect.

Arrived late, Rita was efficient and thoughtful at front desk. Lovely property, comfy room, great breakfast and the sweetest staff. Great location off highway and before denser area; near food and shopping. Would have extended stay if I had time.
