I am a frequent traveler and rarely give a five star in my review but this hotel deserves a five star ⭐️! The room and facilities are so clean and well maintained. Friendly service. Laundry facility on site. Reasonable parking fee $12 per day. Breakfast is included and it is the best breakfast I have had during my trips in the USA. We stayed here for the visit to the space center and were very pleased with the location. There is a restaurant within in walking distance called Kelsey (Italian and American foods) which I highly recommend.

The hotel is very well kept and the concierge service is excellent. However, Fed in the food services department is on point! All of the restaurants at hotels have mediocre service, but Fed goes above and beyond! He actually does his due diligence and provides you with what you asked for. I’d give Fed a 5 star before the hotel hands down.

This is an excellent choice for cruisers. We arrived a day earlier than we had expected, and they were great to accommodate us. They even adjusted our stay, so we did not have to change rooms the next day for our normal reservations. The room was spacious with plenty of room for a desk and sofa. The service was exceptional, even with crowds of people arriving for the cruises and others leaving. They were helpful by supplying nearby eating establishments. There was a pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Breakfast is included. There's plenty of parking, and they offer shuttle service to the cruise ports and all week parking. It's a little on the higher price end due to the conveniences it offers. We were pleased with our overall stays.

From checking to check out it was a great night. The front desk staff were awesome. They were friendly and helpful. Our tv didn’t work and they fixed in within a moments notice. Fed at the bar he was marvelous. Friendly and the drinks we amazing! We will definitely stay there again. The room was clean and spacious with beautiful modern touches. ❤️

Very clean hotel! Friendly customer service at the front desk. We checked in late on July 4th. The two women at the front desk were swamped with reservations. But we were attended to right away and given an upgrade as Marriott members. Our room had two kings and a sleeper sofa, which our 10 year old said was very comfortable. The only strange thing is the setup of the room. Two separate bathrooms; one with a toilet and sink, the other with a shower and sink. They both have glass doors so you can’t turn the light on at night if everyone else is asleep. We were on the 4th floor; ice is in the 5th floor…that was a pain! The breakfast was beautifully done; one of the best I have ever seen. Bring gluten free, I couldn’t eat any of it, but did have coffee with oat milk. Their coffee was good! Most hotel coffee tastes burnt, but theirs was actually good. Checkout was a breeze! Convenient to Kennedy Space Center…only about a 20 minute drive.

We booked three rooms at this hotel for a pre-cruise stay including the park-and-snooze package for transportation to and from Port Canaveral. We were able to check-in online so our rooms and keys were waiting for us when we arrived. ||The hotel has a spacious lobby and breakfast/happy hour area that we observed several people using throughout the afternoon / evening hours. The pool area looked nice but it was raining so it wasn't in use, but they do have a gas firepit that looked nice. There is also a fitness room that had several machines available for use along with towels, water, etc.||The hotel has six floors and three elevators that are spacious, too, to hold families and all their cruise/vacation luggage! This made it nice for us in taking our luggage to and from the room. The elevators are also not directly in front of / next to guest rooms so you don't hear them all night.||We had three rooms each with 2 King beds plus the livingroom area / kitchnette. Two of the rooms had bathtub/shower combinations while the other room just had a walk-in shower. So if you have a preference, be sure to include that in your preferences. The rooms were clean and comfortable.||The hotel is located just by a neighborhood and two blocks from a park/playground area that is nice for a walk to stretch your legs or let the kids burn off some energy. It is also within walking distance of a few restaurants. The hotel also offers food for room service or in the lobby bar area such as burgers and wings. We didn't have any but the wings sure did smell good.||The shuttle to and from the hotel was efficient and the process for boarding was less chaotic than we had experienced at another property.

Man this place is busy! Along Florida’s “Space Coast” is this Hotel. Convenient distance from major locations, good view, free breakfast for all patrons, the market (convenience store) here is decently stocked, pool with hot tub and disabled accommodations, gym, travel information and brochures, shuttles to port Canaveral for cruise ship goers. Truly a smart idea for embracing the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral theme.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. There was food on site and there were a few restaurants and a convenient store within walking distance (5 to 10min). The pool was nice as well. The room was nice and clean and we could even watch a launch once it was high enough in the sky. While we didn't use the shuttles to the cruise, we noticed a few people who did. We drove 5 minutes to Port Parking. This was a VERY close hotel to the port and a lesser expensive place to stay compared to the hotels directly by the port. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Suites make it easy to bring and reheat food and have cold drinks waiting for you in the room. It's not a super exciting neighborhood, but it is a great location for staying over for the port or if you want to be within a very short drive to water/beaches/boating/water-based activities.
