I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Springhill Suites in Waco, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I called, Tiffany was my first point of contact and exuded warmth and helpfulness. Her welcoming demeanor at the front desk set the tone for my entire stay. Reid, also at the desk, was kind and helpful, contributing to the excellent, above-and-beyond service. The room was spacious and provided a level of comfort that was incredibly relaxing. The bed was exceptionally restful and feather-free, allowing me to get exceptional rest. Housekeeping deserves special mention for their meticulous attention to detail in setting up the room. Everything was perfectly arranged, adding to the overall sense of care and quality that defines this hotel. Thank you, Springhill Suites Waco, for a wonderful stay! I’ll definitely be returning.

Service and staff is incredible!! I travel for work and this has to be one of the best I've ever experienced. Here on leisure for a Baylor graduation. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but the young guy at the front desk who is training to be a pilot is EXCELLENT at customer service and people skills. I manage project teams for a living and this guy is great!! Hotel is clean and crisp, 100% recommended!!!!

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Waco and encountered a significant issue with housekeeping. Unfortunately, I left some expensive clothing in the closet and realized this a couple of hours after checking out. When I called the hotel, they informed me that the items were not found. This is extremely disappointing and suggests dishonesty among the housekeeping staff, as my items should have been turned in. Future guests should be aware that if you forget something, the chances of getting it back are slim due to this lack of integrity. Additionally, the pool was a bit cloudy and very small, though this wasn't an issue for us as we weren't planning to use it. On the positive side, the guest services were excellent, and the manager was very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The facilities are new and up-to-date, which added to the overall pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good stay for an overnight trip, but the dishonesty of the housekeeping staff was a significant disappointment.

Miss Terri and her crew are the best my children and I stayed here a few times and every time was the best 10 out of 10.. Breakfast is always prepared and ready for you if they say Breakfast Is over at 9:30 they will still have food out there until everyone has something to eat. They offer popsicles for the hot hot days. She has really really nice respectful understanding staff.. I will recommend this hotel any day of the week to anybody.. thank you for having wonderful people home away from home..

Went here for my anniversary. It was so cute. The service was great. The staff was amazing. Really loved it truly so happy that we chose to stay here. Thank you again to all the staff that helped us on our anniversary to make it special. They brought roses to our room.. Much love 🫶🏽

Stayed here for a business trip. Rooms were very clean. The doors are super heavy and thick to your room. This rooms must be well insulated I couldn't here any other noise from any guest next door or in the hallways. There is a hot breakfast available. Staff was friendly. Very small pool. There was an adequate fitness center and laundry facilities available. I would definitely stay again.

Great location right across 35 from Baylor. Burger place next door was walkable and really good too. Hot shower cold AC heavy pillows. They even gave me a free toothbrush for my 16 year old son who told me he packed it when I asked him directly to his face.

We stayed here after a tornado struck our hometown of Temple with our two boys (6 & 8). The hotel brought such comfort to us for the two days following the terrifying event. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I honestly didn’t want to go home when our power came back on I felt so at home here. This hotel exceeded all of my expectations.
