SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Butler/Centre City - Hotel in Butler - 125 E Jefferson St, USA

The entire building (from what we used) was immaculately clean. There was a very good variety of things available at breakfast and the tire area was kept spotless. The beds were comfy. The staff was tremendously helpful At one point, our key stopped working and one of the staff members came up to the room with me to make sure the reset key worked, good customer service right there. The only issue that we had was the it took forever to get hot water, almost 30 minutes when trying to get a shower at 6 AM. We complained, asked for another room, or at least one to shower in as we had no idea if it was ever coming on Again, 30 minutes later it did. It didn’t take ad long, but still 15+ minutes, at other times. I was disappointed that nothing was said to us at checkout as we were told that the situation would be noted in our account. A few days later, I included everything above in a survey. Shortly after, I received a detailed and apologetic response from the Guest Care Manager. I was very pleased and appreciative of her handling of the situation to say the least. Not the perfect stay but I understand that things do happen. I also understand that how these things are handled is more important than anything else and it was a job well done. If we were to stay in Butler again, I wouldn’t call anywhere else.

Checkin was very fast and friendly.||My room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. I slept great.||The Fitness Center was better than most. I didn’t swim in the pool, but, it looked good and the water was warm. Breakfast was typical.||Overall, this was a great stay and I’d be happy to stay there again.||I stayed there as part of a weekend medical event and usually spend 50+ nights on the road annually.|

Misty and Shannon are hands down the BEST! I had everything I needed and more. I brought my toddler along for the stay, and they made sure he had some of his favorite snacks waiting for him in the room. I saw Misty this morning, she’s always got a smile on her face! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you Misty and Shannon! <3

Located in downtown Butler. Parking is a garage. The rooms are an interesting shape and layout. I thought it looked clean until I went into the bathroom, washed my hands and saw lots of tiny little hairs on a hand towel. Anyone cleaning should have seen it when they hung up the towels. Was seriously grossed out by it and makes me question how clean anything is. My husband went to the front desk and asked for replacement towels but I'm still grossed out.

Noel at the front desk is the shining star here. She was so sweet both on the phone and in person at check-in. She did our pre-check in for us and had our room keys waiting. Anything we needed, she took care of it immediately. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The property location is excellent. It's in downtown Butler and is walkable to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property for any bonvoy. Member or anyone looking for a nice clean hotel in the area.

This hotel is located downtown. Very convenient to the local restaurants and coffee shops. It is very clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating when we needed extra towels, lotion, etc. Great free breakfast with lots of options. Gym is open 24/7. Pool opens at 6.

Genuinely one of the nicest rooms I've ever had, and at a shockingly good price. The employees were also incredibly nice... I may have forgotten my check-out time, and they were incredibly understanding and nice about it. Only real downside was getting in and out of the hotel, but that may just be me not being used to PA road networks.

The hotel room was nice. I was surprised that they charged my credit card $244 at check-in. When I called to get the room price They mentioned nothing about the extra charge for incidentals. It just would be nice to know it was the whole reason I called.
