Hotel is comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated. Complimentary breakfast offered is adequate. Lobby had water and coffee 24/7. One feature I really like is the toilet and shower are in separate areas in the room. Mattress was on the firmer side but I loved it. Room has microwave and fridge. Would stay here again but would love to see the hotel renovated in the future.

The hotels general manager, Patel, made everything from checking in to checking out miserable. I work for Marriott. I know that the Marriott standard is to treat every guest like family. The goal is to make people want to come back. Her customer service skills are subpar, and if she doesn’t know how to treat another Marriott employee and their family, who showed nothing but kindness, I hate to think how she treats her employees that shes’s actually in charge of. Based on what I hear, it’s not well. The front desk employee, Liz, runs the place like a well oiled machine and should replace Patel immediately. She treats everyone who walks in the door like her best friend. She is the only reason I didn’t take my money elsewhere. And there are PLENTY of hotels within 5 miles of that place. |As for the hotel itself, there’s not much to complain about. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms seem to be kept up. It’s probably the only reason, that and Liz, that people stay there. |When you manage a hotel, you need to always keep in mind your guests are there for a variety of reasons. I had a sudden death in the family and had to fly home for a funeral. The last thing I needed to worry about was management treating my family members checking in with disrespect. And the last thing any of us needed at such a sensitive time was front desk staff taking out their lack of customer service skills on us. You never know what people are going through. Being nice to paying guests, and greeting them with a smile isn’t hard to do.|The general manger could really use some training on how to run a hotel and to gain some people skills. She’s obviously miserable and you can clearly see on the faces of the employees that her lack of enthusiasm for the people who stay there is wearing thin the tolerance the staff has for the guests and their needs. It’s only a matter of time before people take their money elsewhere.

The room just got a new West Elm sofabed. I hope they upgrade the TV next. The money would have been better spent on some maintenance issues in the room. Also, the lighting was not too bright. On a cleanliness scale, I'd give it a 6 out of 10. Location-wise, there's not much going on in the vicinity. It is one of the closest hotels the airport though, so good if you fly in late and just want to get to bed.

Me and my husband came up to Moore for a Funeral and it was late when we got to the hotel and when we were checking in we were told that our card would be charged a $ 40 dollar retainer fee incase there was any damages done to the room and that we would get it back if there wasn’t any damages done. We stayed 2 nights and we checked out on Wednesday morning and we made sure that everything was the way it was when we checked in. I have been on the phone with the hotel and they have told me that we were only charged for the room and not charged a retainer fee for any damages. The staff stayed hidden all the time. They lied to us and when I called them today they hung up on me. We will not be staying here ever again. We will tell all of our friends and family to go somewhere else to stay because this hotel is not safe and not worth the hassle nor the money and they lie about what they say.

Only stayed one night but everything went well. Plenty of room for us and our kiddos to comfortably sleep. Room was clean. Ac was nice. Breakfast was fairly decent. Hotel was priced reasonably especially for a last minute stay on our cross country move. No complaints!

Checked in to find a room which appeared to be housekept, but immediately noticed a large clipped finger/toe nail on the bedside table. Looked down to find a pair of underwear. Went to have room changed and the night desk agent was apologetic and happy to oblige. New room appeared ok at first sight, but when we went to use the bathroom after coming back from dinner we noticed dried boogers on the curtain, mildew coming up on the walls, and a tub that didn't drain. Crumbs all in the pull out as well. It was taken care of the following morning after requesting this of the night desk. They didn't give us fresh towels despite leaving them on the floor and then were told that we need to specifically ask for housekeeping. However during the day it was difficult to find anyone working the desk! Breakfast was fine, rest of the facilities seemed ok. However this lack of overt cleanliness is quite disgusting.

Service was great. The room was very clean and well maintained. They offered a well stocked breakfast bar, with hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal and waffles. There's a small amount of items to purchase at the check in desk, such as Tylenol, sodas, chips. The pool was fairly small but had steps with rails and a handicap lift. The AC vents were blowing hot air into the pool room, but luckily the pool water was cool. The rails on the pool exit ladder were extremely loose and seemed a bit unsafe. I liked that there was plenty of parking at the exit nearest my room. It's accessible by key card, so it felt very safe. The close proximity made loading/unloading a breeze.

Are bots writing these reviews or am i missing something? Rooms are outdated and the beds are hard as a rock. Light comes in through the window shades. There’s frosted glass sliding bathroom doors that the light shines through when you have to get up at night and it bangs because it’s not on a bottom track. Also the rooms do not have outlets for chargers so make sure you bring a wall adapter. Breakfast was the same every day. Waffle machine, Turkey sausage and strawberries. Liz and Robert were amazing but the manager is very rude. I switched to the holiday inn express that’s in the same parking lot and only wish i would have switched sooner.
