SpringHill Suites by Marriott Medford - Hotel in Medford - 1389 Center Dr, USA

Hotel is five minutes from the airport. The shuttle runs from 4 AM until 12:30 AM. They were very prompt when I called and it was almost midnight. |The room was immaculately clean, had a great night of sleep. Breakfast, was very good for a hotel buffet. A very sweet Hispanic lady, working in the area, smiling, talking and making my morning a little bit brighter. I was delighted to put a few bucks into a tip jar.|Special shout out to Young at the front desk. Offering good advice before I booked, and helping to make my stay even better once I got there. |Nice little gym got a quick workout in ….would definitely stay here again on any visit into that airport.

Positive: Friendly staff , room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, minimal, but the chairs in the breakfast area were soiled and old. The arms particularly grimy. The stay was comfortable and food tasted although simple.

I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to give a shout-out to Tami at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help my mom and I feel welcomed and taken care of, even getting us some cereal early before the breakfast buffet even opened. This was a wonderful place to stop for the night on our moving road trip, as my mom is helping me move from Spokane Washington all the way to Orange County California. It’s a super long drive, and having such caring and dedicated staff really helped us start the morning off right. Much thanks to the amazing staff at Springhill Suites!

Flying into Medford on our way to the redwood area in Northern California, we stayed at this hotel both at the beginning and at the end of our trip. Be aware that there are actually two SpringHill Suites hotels in Medford - this is the one that is NOT near the airport. It is in a commercial area, with restaurants and stores nearby, and easy access to I-5. |Our room was somewhat cramped, but definitely serviceable, and we appreciated the sitting room area with mini fridge. Breakfast was nice - except we had to leave so early on the last day that we missed it!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to spend a little more for a spacious room before heading home. Most of the reviews are very different from our experience. Upon arriving there is contrstruction going on so the front entrance is closed no biggie. When entering the room I get a waft of a strange smell, so I opened the window and turn on the fan it did not help. There was staining all over the room, on the carpet, couch, curtain, bed skirt and the bed board seemed to have mold on it. I was not comfortable letting my toddler walk around without shoes. We noticed some blood on the shower curtain as well. We requested a room change very little words were exchanged with the lady wearing glasses but was done.. The "new" room was slightly better still various staining across the room. We just wanted the night to end so we may leave. Please consider coming to this location with children.

Always a solid stay at a Marriott property. The room was clean, and generally nice to stay in. Just stayed a weekend, and enjoyed the location. The bathroom needed a little more attention, but the rest of the room was well kept

This is a tired hotel. I trust Marriott for high standards but this place was skipped over for certification. The decor is dark and unappealing. And for breakfast, no bread for toast only stale bagels. And at check in, no king suite was available even though I reserved weeks in advance. We were assigned a wheelchair accessible suite. Really, it’s not rocket science to make sure the guest has the room promised. I am a longtime bonvoy member, so I will be contacting that office as well.

Great room. Spacious and clean - the entire property seems brand new. The front desk staff was pleasant yet business-like even at late checkin. A simple/small cooler and convenience product for sale at the front desk kiosk if you crave a bite before turning in. The breakfast bar has hot breakfast items like egg, sausage and waffles etc. coffee is good and the dining area is a bit above the basic. I wish the attendant at the breakfast was a bit less unfriendly.t
