Good place to sleep. Walls are paper thin like most hotels so if you're lucky enough to get 100 kids in the hotel at the same you are, it's not great, but it's not their fault either.
The staff at the desk are super nice. I was given a room that someone had smoked in and they moved me quickly when I requested a different room. No issues. Wish the breakfast ran until 10 on the weekends instead of 9, but that is a minor beef.
A suggestion to all hotels in general...in your accessibility rooms, can you try to make the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap dish, towel rack and just about everything else actually accessible from a wheelchair? Thanks.
Front desk was very nice and very helpful. That’s the end of the good things to say. Carpets are dirty, hotel has a very worn quality to it. Updates need to be made and aren’t. We had staff walk into our room without knocking. Safety was a concern after that. Ironic though that we didn’t get maid service the entire stay though. Breakfast was bad, OJ watered down and food was not cooked well. Offering was minimal. We will not stay again.
My stay was awesome!! The rooms were clean considering I am aware of what that means with previous experience working in housekeeping and exactly how the pictures portray on the internet. The area was a good landscape with many restaurants and shopping stores surrounded by you. Downtown is less than 15mins from the hotel featuring coming attractions. The free breakfast was nice with a vast variety of selections compared to other places I've stayed offering breakfast. I also enjoyed the fact everything was individually wrapped for being safe while Covid 19 is amongst us. The bed slept oh so comfortable like how I would imagine clouds feel. The staff were welcoming including housekeeping. Ms. Barbara and Hannah at the front desk made me feel like I was welcomed and treated me with the best interest for my stay by being courteous and graceful. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!! Way to go Springhill‐ Little Rock!!
We booked a suite for two nights while we attended my mothers funeral. The first room we stayed in was room 105. The pull out couch was dirty (red stains, rust in the mattress and crumbs) and worn (ripped and soiled cushions). We then noticed a rash all over our bodies. The bites could be from bed bugs or scabies, I plan to visit my doctor to confirm. The receptionist, Raina was very pleasant, gave us another room after we voiced our concern. However, when We moved to room 207 and the rash was worse and we were itching the entire night. We called the corporate office and they said there was nothing they could do for us and offered to relocate us to another hotel for an additional fee. Because the trip was not planned we had no choice but to stay in the filthy room. On the outside of the hotel there is a Motel 6 where active drug deals were taking place. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It is not safe, dirty and the corporate office was very unsympathetic towards our needs and dissatisfied.
I stayed with my family on 11/16-11/17
Christine(I believe) was working the front desk and was so welcoming and helpful. She is phenomenal. Give the girl a raise! She definitely is what made this hotel great, accommodating our needs at midnight and more.
Thank you for helping 💓
First off, the hotel itself is showing its age and is in bad need of a facelift. The couch cushions had holes and the rooms had an odor to them. However, where the review really comes from is from the customer service. We were traveling with an elderly relative which makes things challenging as he is handicapped. Two nights into our stay a pipe burst in the building forcing us to relocate to another hotel(obviously not their fault). We still had two nights left on our stay so when we called them to see what they would be refunding they stated that they would refund us the remaining nights stays and $40 a room. When we explained how much of an inconvenience it was for us to move hotels(3 adults, 1 handicapped, and 3 kids along with all of our luggage and belongings) to a hotel further away from the family we were visiting, they stated that this was the best they could do. When we asked to speak with someone higher up to discuss this they said to call corporate. When we asked for that phone number they simply hung up on us. Avoid this place if you can. Springhill Corporate on the other hand was great to deal with. When we explained to them the situation they immediately started the ball rolling on a fix.
This is a great hotel. It is quiet and the rooms are large and very well layer out. The furnishings are mostly new or slightly used and high quality. The management was extremely nice and helpful.
They take their no smoking policy very seriously so do not smoke in rooms that aren't designated smoking rooms as they will charge you steeply for "cleanup" and you won't like their pricing on cleanup!
Still a great hotel if you are a considerate guest. Try them out!
Wish the customer service was better. There was a huge billing error with my room and the manager told me he would have it figured out before my checkout which never happened. The error did get credited back to my account, but then they charged the same amount again for no reason. No damage was done to the room and we even made the beds and gathered dirty towels for the cleaning services and made the cleaning easy on the employees. So there’s no reason for any charge towards the room and when the billing error initially occurred on the first night even the manager was confused, and I checked in regularly about the progress made towards my billing error and there was none. Now I have to find out why I got my money back and why they took the money again after crediting it back to my account… and it was a big billing error over $100 just a heads up before you book here and have to stress about your finances

We have stayed here many times. Staff has always been nice, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast well, what can I say, depends on who mans the kitchen.
Great location, close to many restaurants, Baptist Hospital, Arkansas Heart Hospital. Upon check in the clerk noticed I was disabled and promptly gave me a 1st floor room. He told me where I could park so I wouldnât have to walk very far, as they w

We spent 2 nites at this Quality Inn. I was impressed with friendliness of the front desk staff. Since we were staying due to an early morning medical procedure, the location was ideal. We were placed in a quiet area of the hotel, which was very muc

So good! We stopped for takeout on the way to our hotel on a road trip. Cool spot downtown, but we found parking on the street. Great experience with service and delicious food. They did forget our tortillas for one entree, but we had so many chips,
