The service and the staff were excellent! Really loved the hot water in the shower with a lot of water pressure. But the rooms are tired and need renovation. The shower in particular was rather gross with what looked like mold in different places. I'm not going to speculate what the stains on the sofa were though. Marriott can do better, even for their entry level offerings.
It’s a nice location right off the highway. The bed was hard and none of us slept well. There wasn’t an option for a constant fan like so many other hotels have and the room alternated between being too cold and too hot. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
My wife and I were staying with our two children. They provided seven total pillows, and when we asked for an additional, they said they didn’t have any extra because they were busy for the weekend. There were two separate rooms on each side of us that had barking dogs throughout the evening into the late night. There were stains on the ottoman. The volume control didn’t work on the TV remote in the room so we couldn’t watch TV because it was too loud. We picked this property because it said it had a heated pool, however, when we went to the pool, it was too cold to use. There are better options for a lower price point in the area.
I stayed here 3 times this year. This last one this week. The hotel is getting pretty beat up. Needs new carpet, new furniture (desk chair is unusable and the headboard is nasty) and new windows as mine did not fully close. The bed was clean and comfy. Tough when it was 15 this morning. The staff is wonderful but that only goes so far. I had a very loud room next to me and despite calling down 2 times they partied until they passed out about 3am. I have to stay somewhere else next time.
The hotel is clean, but the lamps have no bulbs and no sockets. There is no way to charge the phone, they only have USB ports. Others look pretty good.
I’ll admit the service here was top notch given that the rest of the country’s service industry is in the dumps. My only issue was the stench and cleanliness. The entire hotel was stained and some perfume smell masked cigarettes smoke on every floor. Taking the elevator was unbearable and all my clothes stink as a result of sleeping here for one night. I wish hotels were clean and did better in general.
Large one bedroom suite with an additional sofa bed. Clean and refurbished rooms.
Great service from front desk, housekeeping along with breakfast staff. Friendly, helpful. As a suggestion if an employee not sure of a location, advise them that additional information.
Blocks from I-40, Walmart, Target, and both fast food and simple restaurants such as Sizzler, Cocos, Olive Garden. A few of these within walking distance 1-2 blocks
Highly recommend! Great location. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Staff service was exceptional begining at check in with Ray finding ng us the best room to fit our needs. The next morning breakfast was bright cheery as we started our day with Melissa. She was able to make a great connection after asking us where we were from and being familiar with Kierland ❤️. We were able to get a late checkout with Alyssa and she got us on our way by printing our Grand Canyon pass. Thank you for making our little stay special!

Maybe the best chain hotel in town. Walk a couple of blocks to plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Beautiful, clean, spacious and light rooms. Nice breakfast, with friendly staff there and at check in. Upgraded to a corner suite.
I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was lodge-y themed with a large wood-burning fireplace. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious (2 queens and pullout couch) and included a coffee bar area with Keurig, fridge, microwave, and safe tuck
My 1st time staying here and i have to say that this is a great affordable place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the the rooms had a mini fridge/microwave which is always a plus. They offer an indoor heated pool with jaccuzi. Check out is at 12p
My husband and I did a road trip from California to Kansas and stayed here on our way home. We brought our cat Squirrel so we needed a pet friendly hotel and our stay was wonderful.

Got married here on October 31st 2023! Kim was great and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. The process and ease of everything helped make everything so easy with almost no stress. Kim was always available when needed and was extremely accom

I give this hotel an absolute 5 stars! The room was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed. The king bed was cozy and comfy. Everything was very clean. That is huge for me, as I am a clean freak. When we asked for additional pillows,
We had a really great stay here on our way to California. The hotel was in a nice central location. The room was recently updated, and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a nice breakfast selection (best for a
I won a bet with my buddy about who had the best burrito in town. I made him eat an El Mayor from Tres Amigos. He looked me dead in the eyes and said: "you win".
Beautiful, beautiful place to visit. I have been as a child and now bringing my own; to learn of their culture and others.
(There is now a restroom in the parking lot and people are still using the main house as a restroom.

Gracie Barra Flagstaff has been such a great place to watch our son learn fundamentals of life, safety and become more confident as a 6 year old. We've only been here since January 2023 and we have enjoyed every part of being involved in this academy
Ordered double Thai hot Pad Se Ew. Appropriate spice level, everywhere else in flag makes their Thai hot too weak.
Great portions and good flavor. Would definitely come back for a big portion of perfectly spicy Thai.
Great local park near downtown Flagstaff. Has a series of trails, including a popular 2-mile loop that is great for walking, running, and biking. Arizona Trail passes through it. Sweeping views of the San Francisco Peaks. An easy escape to nature fo
I was excited to visit here, as it is part of the original Route 66. It did not disappoint! The ambience inside, the servers uniforms, all the automotive memorabilia - it had it all! I recommend the barbecue sliders and the macaroni and cheese sharea
When you hear "hole in the wall" this is the place. But really it's a magical portal to dragon land. The cod and chips was toe curling good. There are meat pies that had me drooling. I picked up some Scotch eggs for breakfast and I'm so egg-cited. I
We have been walking this trail for years. It is one of our favorites, especially when the kids were small and still in a stroller. The trail is about as easy as it gets and has some very scenic views. If you are with little ones, just starting on a
This place was awesome in every aspect. First, the staff was very warm and welcoming. She took the time to explain what the business was all about and gave excellent menu suggestions. The food was great. I was there at the breakfast meal period b
