SpringHill Suites by Marriott Conyers - Hotel in Conyers - 1302 Green St SE, USA

I spent two nights here on business. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. I had an issue at on arrival, but the lady who checked me in stayed on the phone with corporate for nearly an hour until it was resolved. I can't ask more than that. I will stay here again when I'm in the area. Also, many restaurants and shopping close by. They even have a golf simulator.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I am a very regular traveler and never have i experienced what I experienced here. Make sure to never leave any money or valuables out. I went to breakfast and forget my wallet on the night stand when I returned the housekeeper was there when I got home and checked my wallet my 50 dollars was stolen and replaced with a fake counterfeit 50 dollars bill. Called and complained and since there is no camera and I could not prove it I received no satisfaction. I will not want anyone to experience this. I will attach the money to show u that there is no way I would bring a money looking like that on vacation so I know for a fact it was switched out by the housekeeper. No one should have to experience this when u paid so much to stay here.

The worst hotel service! It’s more of a motel quality of customer service! Putting a bad reputation to Marriot’s name! My husband is a titanium status in Marriot tier. I asked for TWO free bottle water. Not 4, TWO! The receptionist downstairs told me that they can only give one bottle water because she only have 3 left! I offered to pay for the 2nd ones and she wouldn’t give it to me. She asked me to go to the fridge instead and grab it for the other bottle. To give you perspective, the whole time this whole thing happened, I already standing in the receptionist area, paying for the snacks that I already grabbed. She wanted me to walk to the fridge, grab a bottle water, and pay for it instead of paying the bottle water she ALREADY HAS! I get it, this is a cheap version of Marriot and we’re so used to the real Marriot service. Never been treated this way wherever we go and stayed with Marriot. I guess just because a hotel has Marriot name included in their brand, you shouldn’t expect the same hospitality service.

We had a suite with microwave, frig, microwave and coffee maker with coffee choices. Bedroom had 2 large queen size beds with 50" tv and livingbroom had a pullout sofa bed queen size with another 50" tv. Large bathroom with shower but no tub which is fine as i shower as do my family. There was a free breakfast buffet with just about anything you could want. I will definitely stay here again Shopping and restaurants everywhere.

This Hotel is very clean and great service. I advise you to check them out. 😃 My daughter Jameal Jones use it when 07/19/24 with a group of us. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This is the worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed in. Gym was closed, bar was closed, right outside the elevator on th 4th floor, the hall is closed. I had to walk around, which would not have been a big deal, excpt the cleaning crew were blocking the hallway, at 5pm. Infact I have pictures of garbage and bed sheets in bags in the hallway on every floor. Note the room was clean, the staff was pleasant, but it is obvious this hotel is poorly run. I went down to get a snack, and the area is stuffed full of boxes. I think the hotel goes out of their way to not provide an email contact to address such issues...sad really Skip this one...it is rated low 2's for a reason.

My cousin stayed here with her kids and the room was very nice and clean. The hotel was very nice and the one thing that made the stay all the more exceptional was Courtney. She was working that evening at the front desk. I cannot rave enough about how exceptional her customer service was. Courtney is the main reason I will be recommending this hotel and location to other friends and family visiting the area and recommend to anyone reading this review. I hope you experience the above and beyond vip service received from Courtney. Thank you Courtney for turning what could have been a very stressful and very long ordeal into a very pleasant, easily resolvable, and pleasurable encounter. You truly exemplify the definition of five star customer service. Your actions and service definitely exude great leadership and you are definitely qualified for a management position and above. @Springhill Marriot@Conyers GA please make sure to give Courtney credit where credit is definitely due. Don't stay here - this coming from an over 1000 night lifetime Titanium Marriott member. Called to cancel a one night stay because I had the flu and wasn't making the trip to GA. Was told all was good and canceled. Found out next morning they charged my corporate card anyway. Called that day and was told "no record of that" and that manager will call me. Next day still nothing, no call, not even a copy of the folio (bill) in Email, which is automatic. Don't know that scam they are pulling at this Marriott property, but I'm not playing. Complaint lodged via email, website and verbally with Marriott Corporate. Do yourself a favor and pick a different Marriott property. This place is run by idiots.....
