SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charleston Airport & Convention Center - Hotel in North Charleston - 3454 W Montague Ave, USA

The hotel was clean and well kept! Both attendants were fabulous! Agnes was great at check-in and EBONY was a superstar at checkout!! Breakfast was nice and I slept comfortably. Also, the staff offered great dinner recommendations for my stay! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Nice hotel and could be an amazing hotel; we are not ones to leave a negative review however our stay was not a pleasant one after we drove out of Charleston to stay at this hotel due to the reviews….and staff did nothing to compensate. The hotel is in the middle of renovation which they do not tell you upfront. The room we stayed in was newly refinished and freshly painted which was very nice to stay j ; however the pillow case was dirty with a blood stain and there were several little beetles crawling in our roof both which are minor and could be overlooked. The walls are thin and our neighbour had very loud music and voices playing until 4am when we finally called front desk and they had to knock on their door. This review could have been very different had the front desk staff been trained in hospitality and dealing with such situations. Be prepared EV charger is tucked in the back corner of the parking lot against the dumpsters.

Such a nice hotel for the price. Very modern, very clean and upscale details. The staff was also so wonderful. If you are attending an event at the North Charleston coliseum, this is the perfect spot and it’s right next door.

Great hotel! Super nice rooms and great location that is close to the airport and right beside the Convention Center. The staff is incredible! The Manager was super helpful with some packages I had sent to the hotel ahead of time. And Tiffany is the nicest and most kind person! She was so helpful and always greeted me with a smile and was so helpful and kind! This hotel is wonderful!

Superb hospitality on check in. Tiffany was a total champion of the front desk. Breakfast was awesome, the family really enjoyed the waffle. Our rooms where just want we needed for our family of 7. Plenty of space for the pack n plays.

Très belle chambre mais: -AC placé juste à côté du lit au sol et souffle en direction du lit. Donc vous vous retrouvez avec l'air qui souffle droit sur vous... Pas très malin. - dans la chambre pas de sac plastique pour les poubelles c'est super bien mais par contre au petit déjeuner tout est en jetable (assiette, gobelets, couverts) sérieusement ?! C'est une honte ... Désastre écologique et on est pas a un goûter d'anniversaire d'enfants.

We stayed here twice in three days. Close proximity to the airport! I must say, all employees were extremely friendly and professional. Angelic B at the front desk was wonderful! Lots of personality and went over and above to welcome us.

The hotel was nice and the room clean and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the fan of the AC is very loud. I turned off the system but the fan continued to make a really loud noise. At the front desk I was told that it is a humidifier and cannot be turned off. She said, there is nothing they can do. I think there is something the company can do about it and I hope they find a way. Otherwise the hotel would get my best review.
