Very impressed with this hotel. The location was great, ready to get to and close to a ton of stuff. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good. This is definitely on our short list of places to stay in Buffalo

Rooms are well appointed. We had a double queen, that had a small office area, couch, and a nice bathroom.
Location gave us access to Darien Lake for a concert, as well as plenty of shopping within 15 minutes of the hotel.
Definitely will stay here again when we're back in the area!
The bed was comfortable and there is a little 'bar' area that has a small coffee maker and a fridge that was really useful. There isn't a hot tub, that would have been nice, but there is a pool. The airport shuttle was fantastic. I never heard any airplane noise or noise from other guests. The breakfast is a just a quick hotel breakfast, not great, not the worst.
it's decent! really homey rooms, we stayed in more than we went out. i've been to cleaner places but i wasn't disgusted of this place (very picky).. breakfast was fine, the staff was young so it's a comfortable vibe rather than forced/faked hospitality. free parking is such a plus! i would stay here again.
Clean comfortable rooms, good beds and room layout. Handicap room is set up well. Breakfast was hectic and it needed to be better staffed. Staff are overall very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this hotel again. Location is excellent right on transit Road close to everything. Good selection of restaurants nearby.
Nice place to stay in the Buffalo area. Close to everything. Place can probably use a bit of a TLC but for the most part it’s still a nice place to stay. The continental breakfast is nice. Staff is always friendly, nothing looks neglected. Will be back when we visit our daughter at school.
It was an ok experience and relatively clean however. Took off one star from musty smell coming from the ventilation, or AC unit causing us to have dry throats. The windows on ground level don't open at all so it does get very stuffy. The Ac unit in our room was very loud so we had to turn it off to get ok sleep. Took off another star from the fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night because someone thought the hotel dryer was on fire. It might make sense since the towels are extra starchy, and a little scratchy. The fire alarm is not the hotel's fault but it did impact my experience since it happened at midnight.
The service was beyond outstanding. The amount of effort and care they put into taking care of each visitor was amazing. Sophia, head of housekeeping, greeted me each morning as she checked the rooms that were ready for occupancy. Tanika in the laundry addressed some of my laundry needs in the kindest way. Dave made breakfast and there was always enough for each guest. Chris at the front desk was always pleasant and accommodating, and his female partner always greeted you with a smile and was knowledgeable and efficient. I call this "Sarah's Place" for Sarah Billittier who manages it, and has assembled an amazing staff with her leadership.
