SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Airport Gateway - Hotel in College Park - 2091 Convention Center Concourse, USA

We stayed a few nights while attending the 2024 Passion Conference. We initially had 3 rooms booked, but one of our two queen rooms was unavailable when we checked in. The front desk staff was able to rearrange the rooms so that we were fully accommodated. The rooms were well appointed and clean and they had a great bathroom layout with separate toilet and shower spaces. Breakfast was quite good for a hotel breakfast. And the location is very close to the airport. We didn't fly, but I believe it's accessible by the sky train. All in all, a great place to make your home base while traveling in Atlanta.

We were plopped here from the airport with a voucher. And it was amazing, very clean and the staff was very kind. The rooms were super clean and very cozy. Had a great night/early morning sleep. Would definitely come back. I also love having to use the room card to have electricity, that's really cool. Also, the breakfast was really good as well. Thank you all the way from Oklahoma.

We choose this property because we were arriving at ATL late at night. It's connected to the airport via Sky Train which is super convenient. This is a bit dated a property and much less upscale than other Springhills I've stayed at, for instance they almost always have a bar) restaurant but this one didn't. We were hungry and it was late and even the shop had hardly any selection.||The room was the standard large room with a seperate shower room and toilet which is nice but I sure hate the glass doors which means using the bathroom at night may wake the other occupants of the room.||When we walked in the Coffee machine was randomly spitting water out and I couldn't get it to work in the morning so that was annoying.||Breakfast wasnt very good and the woman working was not very friendly. That being said the front desk staff were all very nice.||If the price is right, this is still worth a stay for the convenient location.

Long overdue review - I spent a 2-3 day layover in Oct 2023 at SpringHill Suites by Marriott near the Atlanta Airport, and it was an excellent choice! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the ATL Skytrain, making getting to the domestic airport super easy. The rooms are spacious, perfect for working and unwinding. The breakfast buffet is a real treat, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're on a layover in Atlanta and need a convenient, comfortable place to stay with great amenities, this is definitely the spot!

This is the best 3-star hotel breakfast buffet I’ve ever had, and that’s my main metric for a hotel. The coffee is actually good! They say it’s “Bold”— it’s dark roast and strong/concentrated. No weak coffee here! They have Chobani yogurt, and an oatmeal bar that has things like peach compote and candied pecans. I put the compote and pecans on my yogurt. I think the eggs were real (not powdered), and they have cheese and salsa and other sauces to go on them. I think the switch out the egg styles regularly. They had premade waffles that were tasty, and of course pastries and cereal. There’s no dinner restaurant in this hotel but the Marriott and Renaissance are literally across the street so you could go there for drinks and dinner. ||The accommodations were also quite nice, clean and modern and everything I need. Including a Smart TV that I can watch my Netflix on. I would definitely stay here again.

I had trouble with my reservation and Marriott Customer Service was not able to help me, however, Tony at the hotel was very helpful! He was able to help me no problem and because of him I will stay loyal to Marriott. Thank you, Tony for putting my mind at ease and I am now looking forward to the trip to Atlanta!

Jamilla working Thursday evening was very professional...helpful, friendly, informative. Found us a better open room after a bit of searching as a nearly full hotel then. Got us extra towels and sheets for sofa bed use. Nice rooms just be aware toilet flush loud. She also Explained the airport train to us as it was new to us . The women in charge of breakfast were friendly, had good food, and constantly keeping the area and floor clean. We need to appreciate people with good work ethic. God bless those women!

This hotel was great and conveniently located near the airport! You are able to take the tram right from the airport to the hotel area which is great! No need to sped money on an Uber! The male at the check in desk was very nice and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
