Overall, the hotel was nice. The location is not the best in terms of traffic. Don’t pay for the hotel parking lot. There is the wonderland lot that’s a 2 minute walk right behind the hotel that is half the price. The hotel parking lot was always full. The housecleaning staff did a good job but the front desk were not consistent. Elizabeth was always helpful and cheerful. The rest of the front desk staff were not as friendly. When we did ask for something if felt like we were interrupting them. The free breakfast was nice if you wake up early for it. If you wait too late in the morning it gets full fast. It’s almost too big of a hotel to have this service. There was also a loud banging coming from the center roof since I had a center room.

Beachfront hotels are often not very clean, but this one is exceptionally tidy. The entire hotel is very inviting, and the room was fantastic. Best of all, the location is superb; just a short walk across a small bridge brings you to the beach. The subway station right next to the hotel makes it very convenient to visit downtown. I highly recommend this hotel. However, I'm not giving it five stars because the breakfast is subpar. I suggest the hotel either improve the breakfast offerings or discontinue it, allowing guests to purchase their own breakfast elsewhere.

Me and my family stayed here on vacation and had a blast! This hotel is right by the beach (with a safe bridge to get across the road), has a subway station right behind the building with easy access to Boston/other subway lines, and it's in a safe part of town. The staff are super helpful and have great energy. This hotel had free breakfast, buffet style, which is not too bad. The only bad thing I can say is that there are not too many places to eat nearby but with such easy access to the city it's not a problem. While me and my family were here there was a sandcastle building competition (we weren't here for the actual completion but we could see some amazing sandcastle sculptures already) and the subway behind the hotel was free (just for a bit as a major tunnel was closed). There is parking underneath the hotel and there is an aquarium somewhere close; we didn't end up going there so someone will have to tell me how it is. This is officially one of the best hotels I have stayed at, especially for such a reasonable price!!! I 100% recommend you come and stay here!

Our stay at SpringHill Suites Revere was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The suites were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful layout, which provided ample space for relaxation and work. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. The on-site amenities, including the fitness center and indoor pool, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Located conveniently close to downtown Boston and the airport, SpringHill Suites Revere offered the ideal base for our adventures. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to staying there again on our next trip.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were clean. Close to everything. Beautiful walk on the beach. Only issue that we had was parking. They only had 2 floors for parking approx 20 stalls in each floor to accommodate the hotel guests, restaurants & beach guests. Parking stalls are very small. We were charged via our room even though parking check in/out wasn’t working & letting whomever in & out without a hotel key or having to pay. Other than that our stay was amazing! Staff were awesome! Polite, professional & Friendly easy to talk to. Thank you! 😊

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. the wonderland station is behind the parking lot and the beach is 1 block away. The breakfast area is small and doesn't have sufficient seating, there is always a huge line for the breakfast, the filling is slow and not too many option in the breakfast. There is no room service, only one elevator is working. overall customer service is not that good either.

The best things about this place are the location and the views. In terms of location, you have Revere Beach right outside the hotel. There is a good hotel restaurant, a Starbucks, a couple of other good restaurants in the building next door, and a transportation center right behind it. If you pick an ocean view room, it is totally worth it to see the beach and the ocean right there. While we were there the international sand sculpture competition was starting and we got to see some of the first sculptures go up! It was wonderful to be able to walk up and down the beach on a nice broad sidewalk. There are countless restaurants and food trucks all around and a convenience store just behind the hotel. Have a long stay planned? There is a laundromat not far away. Now the not so good parts: there was only one out of two working elevators during our stay and the parking setup kept changing: no tickets, take a ticket, ramp full. So confusing. And the toilet stool kept filling every 15; minutes or so. Like it was draining slowly. Overall it was a great stay even with these inconveniences.

The location is perfect because close to the beach, restaurants, and wonderland train station. The front desk employees seem not happy about their job and I didn’t feel comfortable. The breakfast is great but there is always a long line here. The worst thing is the parking lot which is gated one. You have to take a ticket every time you come in and go to the front desk to scan it so the gate open to go out! Besides in the weekends there is not enough parking spaces. I am a guest in the hotel and supposed to find one easily. The room is perfect as described in the fifth floor with ocean view. It was clean and tidy. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect.
