Bathrooms are the most annoying part of this place. I hate the drain in the middle. It should be on the side. I dont like to step on it, and the water can also hit back. It's so annoying. The shower area had few hairs on the wall, which is so gross. Most importantly, the shower doesn't work properly. It throws water from the sides, not the middle. You don't feel relaxed at all infact it makes you cringe. Maybe in the pic, the room looks clean, but it actually isn't. It needs deep cleaning. The sink is clogged, and water doesn't pass freely. I hate this. The sink in the washroom area does not have any soap and is not big enough to hold any soap dispenser (I carry my own), so how is one supposed to wash hands??? I am currently staying at the hotel and writing this review from the same room. I am not sure what you can do about the layout, but this hotel needs better housekeeping, good showers, a functional sink, etc. On the positive note, Dev on the front desk was calm, accommodating, and polite throughout. All the staff including the manager are understanding and hassle free. 1 extra star for the service. Rooms are pretty big and spacious and A/C in the room worked great. You sleep really well, it's just the bathroom I was unsatisfied with but people here are nice. Lobby is also great. Breakfast is great here as well with a large variety.

The room wasn’t clean. Gross. They need to do a deep clean of their couches and carpets. This room smelled like corn chips. and the carpet was sticky. Spend the extra $200 and stay in a better hotel. We contacted the front desk and they moved us but it was a huge inconvenience after traveling all day. We expected better from Marriott based on our prior experiences.

I’m confused by all the great reviews for this hotel. On the plus side, the hospitality staff was excellent and attentive. The pool and hot tub are nice and the breakfast is fine. Criticisms include that the rooms are called suites, but they are really one room with a small partition—-not a proper separate living space. After trying two rooms, we took the least yucky but the facility is so painfully in need of a refresh that, even though the rooms were “clean,” everything looked gross. There was not an inch of carpet or furniture free of stains, and that included several sketchy spots on the shower curtain and drapes. The walls are covered in scuffs and random splatter. The tiled areas are a mess of sticky black marks and crumbs. The stairwells smelled terrible, like mold and urine, and the pull out sofa bed was a creaky box of springs that was so uncomfortable as to be unusable (and stained of course). Marriott, the whole place is screaming for a deep clean or, better yet, a renovation, a carpet cleaner, about twice the amount of janitorial staff for the occupant volume, and some decent facilities management. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel! Customer service is amazing. Everyone is so genuine and kind. Everyone we talked to in customer service, room attendants and the very nice man helping out in the breakfast service made our trip so enjoyable. The hotel itself is so clean and nicely decorated. Had a great trip and will definitely be coming back.

Convenient location for the Bellingham and surrounding areas. VERY close to the airport and a plethora of ALL KINDS of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Recently had family members come in from out of town, and they stayed here. I thought the rooms were pretty well appointed, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the building were well maintained and clean. The family was very happy with their stay.

Loved this place! The beds & pillows are comfy and the room was spacious for my family. I was sad to learn hot tub was closed but I know there was probably a reason for that but we had fun in the pool. Loved how you can grab a bite to eat in the evening down in the lobby, the guy that helped us was very friendly & helpful & the cooks did a fabulous job with our food; the breakfast was ok, not the best I had but it was something better then nothing. Would definitely stay there again.

Typical standard SpringHill suites with a nice updated gym. Rooms felt a little dated and our toilet ran constantly. The EV charging is a nightmare. It's difficult to park and guests don't monitor their usage on the charger. One vehicle stayed parked for 24hrs rendering the charger useless for the rest of the guests. Hotel staff does nothing to enforce this.

Loved the location and rooms. Nice breakfast with healthy options. Didn't use the pool or fitness center but it looked nice. Easy check in and out. Really liked the safe and secure parking underneath the hotel.
