SpringHill Suites Baltimore BWI Airport - Hotel in Linthicum Heights - 899 Elkridge Landing Rd, USA

To preface: the staff at the hotel were phenomenal, they all deserve raises and kind and composed in very difficult circumstances. This hotel needs updating and maintenance. We booked three rooms during memorial day weekend and were reassured by two different people that we would get double queen rooms. That did not happen. We had to wait several hours at check-in part of the problem. Was that one of the two elevators over the entire state and for several hours during the days both were out. This was a major concern as it was traveling with people who had physical disabilities. Well, the rooms were clean to the best of their ability. They are very outdated and need to be refinished. The sofa beds can be better. The hotel did not have enough pillows, towels and sheets to accommodate our group. The corporate office needs to update this property or they should close. We paid $900 and expected for better from a Marriott brand Hotel The staff was so kind and caring. They were really trying their best to make sure the guest were comfortable and keeping us updated.

Service from the front desk girl was excellent. I had multiple problems trying to reserve my room online and she helped me sort them out, ensuring I paid a fair price that almost matched the online third party price. Airport shuttle was fast and free. I appreciated the free breakfast and had the Belgian waffle as the other choices did not appeal to me. From there, the hotel went downhill — wallpaper ripped off walls on the first floor, stained sofa in my room, the bathroom needs renovation, the pool deck was so dirty and moldy that I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned, and worst of all, the hot tub was out of order. I specifically chose this hotel because of the hot tub and the front desk girl told me the hours it was open just the night before. Yet the next day, there was a sign hanging over it saying it was out of order and, judging from the cloudy appearance of the water, it looks like it hasn’t been used in some time. Also, the parking lot looks like a hangout for drinkers with beer cans on the ground. I would not stay here again.

It’s always a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and we loved the little touches like the complimentary breakfast buffet. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. When the fire alarm incident occurred (which was quickly resolved), the staff were proactive in ensuring our safety and comfort. We were impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. We'd highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and exceptionally serviced stay.

The rooms may be dated but everything else is fantastic. I stay here frequently for business and the location is perfect. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. I'm an early riser, the the 24/7 hot water for tea (coffee for those who prefer) is appreciated. This hotel will continue to be my first choice in the Baltimore area.

The staff was amazing given the difficulties of obviously deferred maintenance. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The entire fourth floor was hot and the air conditioning in the room did not work with a room temperature of over 86 and high humidity. The maintenance man came right away and kindly helped me downstairs with my luggage to get me in a mew room. The staff reassigned me to a room on the first floor. Unfortunately - the air conditioning in that room was also set high and the room smelled like pet urine. I left for dinner and came back an hour later and the room was marginally better. Upper 70s. I informed the staff and told them I was going to leave the next day. They sent the maintenance man again but I declined as I was already asleep. By the next morning, the room was comfortable.. too bad I was still checking out!! The sheets were torn and overly worn and stained, there were rips in the carpet next to the bed that could be a tripping hazard, the room smelled, with mold and cracked tiles in bathroom, hotel elevator floors had carpet in both elevators that was stained and filthy. The columns in the front of the hotel had damage in the side of one. Interestingly enough, the front lobby was cool so the air conditioning unit works there just not anywhere else! Again, very nice, hardworking and caring staff! I was impressed with their professionalism given the difficulty of the property maintenance issues. The maintenance man was amazing and very sweet to help me to the extent he could. This hotel just needs a 100% remodel!! I travel 2-4 times a month and as a business traveler, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. At least no bugs as I experienced at the Westin by the airport! Still it was a Disappointing place to stay as location and proximity to several restaurants is good! I would liken staying in this place to camping… if you don’t mind camping… this place is for you!!

Very nice place. Family enjoyed it there. Place was reasonably priced for a Saturday. Would stay again. Downside, customers smelled of Pot. It's legal to do, but smell goes off when showered. Not hotels fault.

The facility presents as pretty dated. Carpets needs replacing. The room is very dark with no sheers for the drapes. The sink was a little slow draining and the toilet seat was a little loose as well. The design with the sink outside of the shower and toilet area is a plus, but in the living area the only chest of drawers is by the front door with the long couch in between it and the bed area making it very inconvenient. The breakfast was pretty good, but they did not have any caffeinated tea on the day of our stay. Room TV had very limited channels. In general, the facility is clean and very standard in nature.

Good hotel very close to the airport. Dining alternatives very close by. Ideal for business accommodation. Good parking. Coffee in the lobby. Service staff very friendly. Only one comment related to breakfast. It is good but I think they can offer more alternatives.
