SpringHill Suites Allentown Bethlehem/Center Valley - Hotel in Center Valley - 3800 West Dr, USA

I've been staying at this hotel for business trips for several years. It is a quiet place, which I really appreciate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is a moderate size with enough room for a few guests to use simultaneously. The common spaces are well kept and always clean.

The Springhill Suites is one of the closest hotels near our wedding venue, and it includes a bar to host an after-party. We had many out-of-town guests and wanted somewhere to crash after our wedding night. The Springhill Suites offered the perfect accommodations, including complimentary extended hours for the bar. It was the perfect way to spend some extra time with our out-of-town guests. All the bookings were extremely easy, and we even had our room compensated for the night to bring our guests. Our room was so wonderful, and the staff left us a congratulations goodie bag. I highly recommend this hotel for all stays, but especially for your wedding guests!

Springhill Suites was amazing for our rehearsal dinner and wedding after party needs! The rooms were clean and the staff was super accommodating. We reserved the meeting room for Friday and Saturday nights and that space was set up nicely for both dinner and the after party. Working with Aimee was a breeze and she made all of the planning process smooth and exciting. I would recommend this hotel for anyone booking a wedding in the area!

Nice clean hotel. I have no complaints about the room nor the employees. There is nothing within walking distance to do though. So be prepared for that. My only complaint is that the hotel is advertised as having a bar/lounge available. It was closed during my stay though. Not the end of the world as I do realize things happen such as staffing issues, etc. However, in the online reviews another customer complained about the same thing and that was over two weeks ago. So this is an ongoing issue. This is an amenity that was no provided as promised. I specefically chose this hotel as it promised a bar with food. Imagine my disappointment when I found out after a 7 hour drive that I had to turn around and go back out to find food and a drink. The website should be updated to reflect the lounge is closed indefinitely.

When you book a hotel, you usually look for amenities and book based on that and reviews. Well here we are at our stay. Bar and "restaurant" is closed the entire weekend because they have no staff to run it. It's pretty pathetic especially being that they have TWO wedding blocks this weekend as well so you would think they would MAKE SURE the bar was open and food was being served. So disappointed especially for the price we paid. Not to mention the room is very tiny and cramped especially when you have the pull out sofa bed open AND they only offer room service every other day. Oh and last but certainly not least, I was told we are only allowed 1 extra blanket for a family of 6 due to shortage of linens! I'm sorry but what Marriott hotel runs out of blankets! Update: night 2.... only 1 working elevator for the entire hotel.

Working with Aimee to get everything set up for my wedding hotel room block was so easy! She took care of everything from adding more rooms when we reached our initial amount to making sure all our guests received welcome bags when they checked in. The hotel was super clean and the rooms were so nice. Everyone loved their stay here and would recommend it to everyone!

We used this hotel for ourselves and all our guests for our wedding. The point person, Nancy, was incredibly helpful and responsive from reservation to the days following the event. The entrie staff was helpful and welcoming to us and all our guests. Room accommodations were above average in size and comfort from our usual experiences elsewhere. Everything was clean and enjoyable during the whole stay. Highly recommend this hotel and it's team.

I stayed here for one night on a roadtrip and was very impressed! The staff were super friendly, the breakfast, gym, pool and amenities were all nice and new. The room was huge and felt like a little apartment with a great workspace. Another thing I look for: I felt safe leaving my car full of valuable belongings in the parking lot. Other hotel locations I was worried (I have had my car broken into before). This hotel is tucked up on a hill with no foot-traffic nearby and right off the highway for convenience. I am definitely going to stay here again next time I do this drive. Worth every penny!
