Springdale Motel - Motel in St. Louis - 4121 Springdale Ave, USA

For the price its not too bad. But the rooms are small and have bad lighting. It also smelled of mold and the sheets seemed cleaned but had burn marks. The lady at the front desk is vary rude and unpleasant. The only reason I got the room is because the other cheaper motels where already booked. Never again.

It's a decent price with all necessitates only reason it gets 2 stars. Its half clean when you get the room looks like its build up pee on the sides of toilet for years. Showers build up soap scum old furniture and old sheets and towels. Stained up walls and doors and light switches are filthy. The price and the fact it has all the necessitates is the only plus. I advice you to clean your room and disinfect it before doing anything.

The nastiest motel I've ever been to conditions are deployable.. I wouldn't bring a homeless person here it would be beyond disrespectful I don't know how they are open for business but I will be calling the BBB Monday or any state official because who wants to spend their money for trash

🤢🤮🤮🤮🤬If I could give zero stars I would. When we got a room the first week they changed us 280 a week then over $100 of ps4 games and over $50 worth of cash was stolen out of our room. We went and talked to them about it and it stopped but then they started charging us $290 a week plus a $5 charge to re activate our key to our card. Now mind you this place is janky and nasty not to bring up they have bed bugs and there sheets have holes in them and they give you sheets from other rooms that have bedbugs in them. The mattresses are nasty and you can tell the beds are over 10 years old. They don't fix anything and the appliances are going out and they dont want to replace them. They are very rude and disrespectful. They try to barge in your room when you are trying to get dressed. Just wanted people to know this is not a place I would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting St. Louis to see the arch...it was a spur of the moment trip! We had no reservation. This motel was accommodating where no other was! It was a refreshing flash back with no fridge, microwave, phone, wifi or much cable....but....it was really nice! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean, the carpet was soft under your feet and it was very clean....the manager was wonderful. The place was very secure. I felt safe. It was a wonderful break from today's electronic addiction! I would definitely stay there again.....thanks so much for a great couple of days....

This is the worst place if you have any regard for your or your family. There is roaches and bed bugs. I rented a week and on the second day a was awaken with severe itching. I'm body was COVERED in bed bug bites. Immediately went to the office and was greeted with a clearly annoyed (it was nearly 3 am) front desk employees that could not have been any more rude. Stating that they must've come from ME. They offered a new room. As I stool outside in the middle of the night, another tenant was also outside for the same reason. The clerk then showed me a seemingly much nicer room, but upon inspection, I found roaches climbing up the walls. This place was a terrible experience. Having to deal with the bites that itched for days. Having to rewash and dry clean a weeks worth of clothes.

Horrible roaches everywhere. I was tired and needed somewhere cheap. And that's what I got. No bed bugs, just roaches. In the bathroom, in the television, on the table. Had to go the store and buy bug spray, and bleach wipes, carpet is filthy. Keep your shoes, or sandals on, in the shower too. Fridge and microwave was not infested with the roaches surprisingly. Bed was clean as well, they get one star for that. Indian guy told me he can't give me my money back, cause he's not the owner, and the owner is in the hospital. He's a liar. Don't fall for it. If you do have to stay here, go to the dollar store, get bug spray, and disinfectant wipes, and Lysol. $230 for a week Room 115. I've used the whole can of bug spray.

If I would've known that this place existed I would've saved so much cash. The unit has a microwave/fridge. Two beds, spacy... Perfecto! $280 isn't bad. Check them out. It's on the bus line & near the freeway. The convenience is awesome. I have the utmost respect for this business. 🤗🥰
