Beautiful park! Love the little lake.... it's perfect for paddleboards, kayaks, and other floatie adventures. Lots of hiking trails too. I'd love for them to put signs at each of the forks in the trails... we got a bit turned around a couple times on the trails on the east side of the park. This is definitely a do-over park!
I love this park. It's beautiful, easy, and free. In Wisconsin, they would double charge you if you are out of state. Back to the park, it's perfect for autumn photos. You may take pictures in a variety of scenarios.
Beautiful scenery. Hope to camp there some day. Fairly clean lake. Update, we finally camped there! Very nice campgrounds. The bathroom and showers were decent and the fish were bitting pretty good. And so where the bugs 😆
This was a nice park. We had this point on our day trip to see if we would like to come back and camp or fish. Well I was without my gear and the fish were jumping and it was an excellent fall day. My loss, but we walked a while and enjoyed the leaves changing and watching the water. Had a great shelter that would be a great place for a get together woth a bigger family. Will be back.
Beautiful clean park. Great trails and camping.
Loved walking on trails, the best thing colors in the sky during sunset along fall colors. Serene place. Campgrounds, beach, boat ramps, shelters, park benches, kids play area, trails to hike. Liked spotting deer, bucks from trails in the forest.
Such a beautiful place to camp and I can't wait to bring my family here for more fun. Whole park is very well maintained from the grass to the restrooms/showers. Site seeing was amazing, how the deer would stand there an look at you as if you where in there way. Highly recommend to everyone.
Nice place for a small park , good fishing ( bluegills nice size , medium bass , crappie OK size , nice channel cats ) ,small boat access , trails , campground, adjacent to small river fishing and boat ramp with healthy catfish population and plentiful minnows to net
