Spring Valley RV Campground - RV park in Hope Mills - 4428 Southern Blvd, USA

We had a pull through site very easy to get into. Ann was a great host. Getting to the camp ground was tricky we had to use google maps the Garmin and Waze gave us wrong directions. Make sure you use the entrance with the campground sign.

Ann is the bees knees! The campground is beautiful and quiet. You can tell they take pride in their place. Her husband immediately rubbed us the wrong way when we arrived and it continued to go down hill. We were late and he had to come back to meet us. We apologized and thanked him multiple times but he wouldn’t respond and was hesitant to shake my husband’s hand. Then he told us after we parked that they designed the sites so that the vehicle could be parked at the hitch end. We backed up to appease him but then our sewer hose wouldn’t reach. There was a picnic table and the full time neighbors propane tank beside us so we had to park sideways on our site. We’ve camped for years and have never had someone tell us how to park our camper and vehicle. This would have been a way bigger deal if we were spending any time at the campground. We were in town visiting family so we were out mostly.

Small family owned park has the very nicest, most delightful owners. They just made us feel so at home and were very helpful with recommendations

Ken and Ann, the owners are great folks and very accommodating. The park has been in the family for several generations and well maintained. Very centrally located. Great value for your money. We stay about a week a month to visit family and have always enjoyed the visits. I bet you will too.

Don't bother calling if you don't have a check - money order to mail them. We're back in the previous century! No on-line booking ( call and leave a message if no one answers). She is really good about calling you back. You can have a site reserved but you then have to jump through hoops to get it locked in. They only take checks or cash. She explained that the "fees" are too costly. They will also require you to pay a separate fee for the electric you use. She told me she will "read the meter then when we leave read it again and settle up". Why not just charge a flat rate so I can just leave when I want to without you "settling up"? What a waste of time trying to give them my business! I guess things are so good they don't need anymore? Good for them, I guess?

This campground is in a great area that is close to pretty much anything you’d need. The owners work hard to make it beautiful and it is obvious that they are prideful of their park. If their campers are in need of any help, they are eager to help. My dogs and I truly enjoyed our time there.

This is an RV CAMPGROUND … no rooms here but the RV you bring … but Ann has been awesome and extremely helpful. This campground is close to work for me (I’m on a traveling team) and the monthly rate is good.

Second time here 😊 campground is clean and close to everything. Most of all, Ann the owner is just awesome!! Can't wait to stay again!
