Wow. That’s really all I can say. I called Arne’s to set up a delivery, no one on my end told me we didn’t have a restroom on our location. My unit was delivered within a hour of calling, it came extremely clean, looks brand new in fact. I could smell it from outside the unit, and it smelled amazing, not overwhelming like some. Arne’s will be the only portable restroom company I use while I am in Pendleton. Thanks guys!
They were fast on getting here. Brian has Great costumer service. He explained everything to me and explained what needs to be done next. I know if I ever have anymore problems they will be who I call.
Arne has been so great! Not only does he care about the quality of his services but he stays true to offering affordable prices and saving you money where he can. He was very good with answering all my crazy questions at all times of the day. He even allowed my nephew to watch what he was doing while using a camera that was in my lines underground! Very special guy and business. Thank you!
We've had Arne's out to our place twice now. Once this summer for a regular septic tank pump out and again this last week for issues with our drain field. Arne and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the drain field issue ended up getting a bit more complicated and costly than expected, we were still only charged the price Arne quoted us. I would not hesitate to call them again and we plan on using them for our regular septic maintenance.
Who's not in a serious pinch when you need help on a septic system? We needed help ASAP to get our toilet's to flush again - Arne's was the only one who'd even pick up the phone! What a relief that they understood my sense of urgency and were able to fit me in same-day. It was a pretty tough job, but they had all of the equipment and tools on their truck to get things working again - they even stayed after their normal business hours to get it wrapped up and done. It's worth noting, when the work was all said and done, my invoice wasn't just a number - I appreciate the detailed invoice helping me understand all the work that was done. Thanks guys, much appreciated!
SewerScope - I purchased a home in Pendleton and Arne's Sewer & Septic was one of the companies recommended to me for a SewerScope. I called them and the man in the office was SO professional and quick and thorough. After talking with him I knew they were the company I wanted to use. The 2 men came out and did the scope and were so informative and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Pro:They arrived on time, unclogged sewer line from sewer clean out access to the road which was all good.
Cons: The sewer access cap was still broken and they didn’t repair it which was in my mind part of the job, they told my husband we should replace the cap, but didn’t tell him the cap seating was broken, and said they would have repaired it-but didn’t have the part with them.
I needed them to do the job and do it right.
They did half the job right, charged us $345.00, then left us high and dry with a still broken sewer access. Now my husband is trying to figure out how to fix it while I look up another plumber.
If you need a partially completed plumbing job these guys are excellent.
Amazing service and modest prices! These guys are fast and get the job done quickly. He told me right up front what the costs would be and then got it done. They had all the parts aboard their service van which was important as it was Sunday afternoon. Very professional, very mature and knowleable. Lots of cool equipment!
An incredibly eye opening experience! We left with a completely different view of the history we've been taught compared to reality, so sad, and wished we could apologize to everyone on behalf of all the awful things we did to all the native tribes.
