First off, the soup I had was amazing. I ordered the Cauliflower Garlic Soup, along with a half-size Colorado Cobb Salad. The soup, as I said, was great; the salad wasn't "great," but it was decent. Overall, I was happy with the food. It's NOT a fancy restaurant, but it's cute. FYI - the seating is hard and sparse. Don't plan on a cushy place. 😉
I really miss the old town location, so sometimes I order for pickup from here for lunch. I'm pretty disappointed. The last order, they forgot an item. Today, I ordered italian white bean soup that has not a single bean in it. I also got a focaccia grilled cheese and the focaccia is way below the usual standard. The service was also so slow. :( I get that the store gets busy sometimes, but no beans at all in a bean soup is pretty bad service. IDK if the person filling orders didn't ladle down deep enough or what, but I needed those beans for my protein and all I have is broth and veg and rubbery focaccia. Pretty disappointed.
Kind of a mixed bag. I like to order on line so I can run in and grab it off the shelf then eat on my way back to work. Unfortunately, my food isn't always ready, even if I give a large cushion of time. I've had to ask them to find the ticket and make it, which doesn't work for me time wise if I'm going to eat there on my lunch break. The soup isn't great, but I stick to sandwiches which are usually good, but occasionally are very skimpy. Like mostly bread. The employees/service are a mixed bad. The young woman with piercings is super nice. Some of the others not so much. Last time I was in they were short staffed and the guy making sandwiches was overwhelmed, but the 2 girls working the counter weren't doing much to help him that I could see. I would eat here more if the orders were reliably ready on time.
Great little spot. Amazing food with good service. They have lots of options for all different appetites. The food is very hearty and pretty healthy. Overall a great spot to grab a bite. Check out callsignsandoval.com for other reviews. By Brad Sandoval.
Came on a Wednesday night for dinner at 6 and they didn't have a soup that was listed on their menu and the one other soup I wanted most of they did not have enough to give me two bowls of it. Don't come for dinner. Lunch is a great time. Always have loved their food, just disappointed in how the cashier with the lip piercing treated me. Was not friendly at all and just kept shooting me down with everything I ordered without a single apology. Their bread used to come with the entire square and now they cut it in half and cout it as two... I complained about that and they just told me that is how it is. What happened to the spoons I used to know and love? I felt disrespected and almost walked out. Keep your soup in stock or close before dinner. Also just charge more for the bread, that is rediculous... treat your staff better too so they want to be here....probably won't be back, especially not to this location. So disappointed
I don't know when they changed owners but this place is not what it used to be. There's no combos like the soup half sandwich anymore. Everything is separate. No soup samples. The focaccia isn't big and fluffy with olive oil and course salt sandwiches don't even come on focaccia and it's obvious they aren't paying their employees enough to even pretend to be nice to you. Foods okay I guess. Miss the way it used to be.
Great food but wait times are too long during lunch rush. There is plenty of other restaurant options that deliver the same quality of food with much more reasonable wait times. I ordered 1 sandwich and 1 cup of soup Togo and it just took 30 minutes to get my order. Waste of lunch break to spend 30 minutes waiting for an Italian sandwich to be made. Will not be back for awhile. Hope wait times improve next time i visit.
Ordered 12in Buffalo Chicken & 1/2 Caesar salad around 1:15pm on a weekday. Long wait to get my food, 15min at least. Decent sandwich nothing really puts it over the top. Not a fan of the shredded lettuce and thickness of the tomato cut but these are personal preferences. I also enjoy blue cheese more than the avg person but the combo of this blue cheese with the Buffalo sauce was not merry Salad was your typical Caesar. The dressing was thicker than others I’ve had and was missing some of the flavor profile of a great Caesar dressing. salad put into a container w/ lid and dressing on the side for a dine-in order. $7 is a steep price for a salad like that. I would probably come back if I were craving a sub but this wouldn’t be the first option. Also wouldn’t come here if I were in a rush

Tried Rally5 and it was great. I loved my chicken sandwich even though it was a bit messy. They brought the kids food out first which was awesome. The kids plowed through their food. It wasn't very busy which was nice and the server was very nice. Th
First time going here. The prices were reasonable. We split the bowl of potato cheddar soup and the turkey avocado sandwich. I liked that it wasnât too salty which is typically the way it is at other restaurants. The food was fresh and tasted r

The wonderful soul that was working the place when we stopped by has the most genuine, caring heart for Yum Yum patrons and the quality dishes that theyâre served. I am surprised that this establishment is not more popular throughout the week, but

I was impressed by the donuts and the pop-tarts, although I did not eat the pop-tarts she told me it basically took all week to make them. I hope I have a chance to try one in the future. The butter beer was spot on from what I have had at Universal
I really wish I could rate this beautiful place higher, but alas, they only allow me five stars. Kelsey, the owner of Fernweh, is an incredibly lovely human. All of her staff are incredible as well. I felt incredibly safe there. I so wish that I had
