Spokes on the Square - Tapas bar in Watertown - 81 Public Square, USA

I used to love Spokes when Eva owned it. It had good food, great beer, cool people, and felt like home. Used to be able to talk to anybody. Now, bartender Dylan is gone, the new bartenders are idiots, they have half the beer choices, and the people that go there aren't the same. It has gone right down the tube. Spent a lot of time and money in there. Not interested any more. Deleted my last review because it no longer applies.

This place has a great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The food and drinks are good as well. Although it’s tapas style, one dish is enough per person.

Best experience I've had at a bar in a while. Bartender Dillon was great. The manager was on hand too and we all enjoyed samples of new beers.

1st time visiting. They have a very extensive Drink and beer selection. Retro, cool vibe. Our waitress was very attentive. We ordered the flat bread gluten free. Highly recommend as we were sitting there people were getting the flat breads to go in droves. Spicy shrimp was swimming in chili oil. We couldn't finish it. The brew board had home made ricotta. We are still talking about it. We had a great time.. We will be definitely be back to try other things.

Wonderful find in downtown Watertown. Friendly helpful service and incredible beer selection (draft, bottle, and can). Also delicious food, which I didn’t really much expect. Had the mini gyros and they melted in my mouth. Other tapas my neighbors were eating looked equally appetizing. Highly recommend this place if you appreciate craft beer. If you don’t, no worries, they also stock the mass produced stuff.

I'm giving 5 stars as I had a pretty solid experience. It's a very well managed bar with kind staff and good live music. I didn't try the food, but the dishes I saw looked great. They actually garnish cocktails as well which is a refreshing experience up here. Coming from a spoiled area with amazing speakeasy's this place is the closest you'll get up here. I believe I had Dylan, Oceania, and Jamie as the staff members who worked the night I came in. Great people, great conversations, I need to come back a night there's less people. I'm not a crowded bar kind of person. The only thing I would wish for to make this place better, is more spirit selection. Other than that, great experience.

We had a great date night, very pretty presentation and just as tasty as it all looked! Very delicious! Great staff!
