Spokane Boxing has been a life-changing experience for my son. From the moment he stepped into the gym, he was embraced as family. The coaches and fellow boxers provide a supportive and nurturing environment, where his confidence has soared. Not only has he excelled in the ring, but his newfound self-esteem has spilled over into other aspects of his life. His academic performance improved significantly, and he blossomed socially, forming lasting friendships. Remarkably, despite his speech disorder, he found his voice and now speaks with confidence and more clarity. Today, I couldn't be prouder as he trains with Team USA Boxing, representing Spokane Boxing as a competitive boxer. Spokane Boxing truly transformed his life. The coaches are fantastic and my son looks forward to seeing Rick and Doug and everyone else at Spokane Boxing. Go there. You will love it.
Boxing themed Tae Bo at best. If you want to be trained in the fundamentals they suggest you do it on your own time. Overweight people are second class here - be in top physical shape before you sign up.

Best gym in Spokane. Workouts are tough and the coaches know how to train proper boxing technique. Rick (owner) is a figure in the community and we are lucky to have him in Spokane. Can’t say enough good things about this gym, it’s members, and the coaches.

Love this place! I trained here a year while going to school at Gonzaga, and was hooked!! The community is AMAZING and Rick is an awesome coach! Even though I was here 2017-2018, I still dream about this place. Nothing can compare!
