Been coming here since COVID hit and it has never disappointed once. With a fair price in comparison to other noodle places like pho, although different it's even more delicious and flavorful than other places! Staff is always friendly and food comes out fast.
As a chronically stressed college student, I cannot tell you just how comforting their noodle soup is to me. I came in today after a long morning and finished another delicious bowl of the handpulled noodles with beef offal and extra veggies. Not only is my stress gone, but my spirit feels renewed! Their soups are full of flavor and the noodles are always perfectly done. I can’t praise Splendid Noodle enough.
A small place to crash for dinner during cold weather. Their soup broth is so yummy. Noodles is fresh made. Staffs are helpful. We went their for dinner and had to wait for 30 minutes to receive our food. They were really busy with lots of take our order, a big group of students dine-in and only 2 chefs. Prepare yourself some time if you decide to check out this place
Hand Pulled Noodles 🍜 📍 Splendid Noodle 1320 Stony Brook Rd, Stony Brook, NY 11790 Lamian Chinese noodle. Lamian is made by twisting, stretching and folding the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough. The length and thickness of the strands depends on the number of times the dough is folded. The hand-making process involves taking a lump of dough and repeatedly stretching it to produce many strands of thin, long noodle. Literally, là, means to pull or stretch, while min means noodle. This unique method of making noodles originated in China. Review: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (5 out of 5 Stars) I got seafood noodles with veggies 🌱 and I added a pan fried egg 🍳 with vegetable broth. The noodles were so good and I enjoyed the vegetable broth too. It’s hot, fresh, and very filling. If you want to make it a spicy, add the hot sauce. Friendly service, the waitress saw that I was struggling with my chopsticks 🥢 , so she gave me a fork too. I laughed and said thank you. Definitely try this place out. Remember to get the vegetable broth with your noodles. As always don’t forget to say Bismillah and Alhamdulilah for everything ❤️ ⚠️ Not a Halal restaurant
Oh my goodness. This place has incredible broth!! The noddles are house made, making this the best noodle shop I’ve been to anywhere near Riverhead. You need to try this place if it’s within reach. The picture posted is the splendid house noodles. This meal will raise those eyebrows!! Come and try it out!!
Incredible is the only word. Went with a group and we all tasted each others food. Lamb, duck, seafood, everything they make is perfect. Especially for the price. Pair that with a friendly and helpful wait staff, and you've got an excellent noodle spot.
Loved the hand cut noodles and the broth. SINCE I cannot successfully use chopsticks, I am a heathen unable to enjoy slurping the broth and noodles. I am told that is how to fully emjoy the dish...afterall it's not spaghetti!
The subtle differences of a fresh handmade noodle hand stretched are hard to convey in words but worth trying! Oxtail soup was very good. It's rare that you see oxtail outside of Caribbean or southern cooking!

Quiet. Peaceful. Free parking. I love bringing my family here year round. The shoreline has gentle waves and the beach itself is peppered with an assortment of different colored rocks. My kids love walking the beach in search of a new beautiful rock
Great theater. The sound was good. But it's a little tricky to find. There are no signs in the Stony Brook college. We kept going around in a circle until we asked someone.
I absolutely loved my dining experience! In fact, it was so good I came back two days later. I thoroughly enjoyed the mango salad, Pho Ga (with grilled chicken) and the coconut pudding! The service was quick and servers were polite. Price was just ri
Very nice, elegant new place in the old Pentimento space. The food is pricey so be prepared. Three course meal is $79 and it's a good amount of food. You can order a la carte and try to save a few bucks as well. Three meals might be too much for some
