I had a great experience with Spherion. All staff I interacted with were welcoming, helpful, and had a quick response time. The staffing consultant I first worked with even met me in person at my job site on my first day. I will note that Spherion does offer benefits to their employees, so if you're considering working for the hiring agency, take some time to figure out the logistics of your benefits (ex: because Spherion offers a health insurance plan, this may affect your eligibility for a health insurance plan through the marketplace). I especially recommend Spherion services for students or people who are looking to explore/switch into a new field.

Highly recommend Spherion. I was struggling in a position I was in, after leaving a company I loved and had worked for for 6+years...thinking I was making a great career move.
