I absolutely love the general layout of the SPENGA workout - 20 minutes of spin, 20 of strength and 20 of yoga. For someone who gets bored with workouts very easily, this is the best way to keep me interested!!! The instructors are all very knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Also, the owners and staff are as well! And, I’m extremely impressed on how quickly they have memorized the names of their clients. I am not someone who likes going to the gym but I also appreciate a guided class and accountability. It has taken me being in my 40’s to finally find a place where I feel welcome, I get a great workout, and I have fun!!! I definitely recommend SPENGA Woodbury!
I have been an unlimited member at SPENGA Woodbury since they opened their doors. I can honestly say there has not been one session that I have felt like I have repeated a workout. It is an environment where you can come in at day one of your fitness journey and be totally comfortable thanks to the community that the entire staff have created. It’s a great, well-rounded workout & low impact. I’ve seen amazing transformations for so many of the members thanks to the support everyone receives from staff and members alike.💚
I love SPENGA! It is seriously the best workout. The community at Woodbury SPENGA is so supportive and feels like an extended family. As a single parent, the kids room option supports my desire to workout! SPENGA combines the three biggest components of fitness - cardio, weight training and flexibility/mobility. It forces me to end my workout with stretching and mindfulness, which sets me up for a better day and improves my mood. Don’t hesitate to try it out!
I cannot express enough how much I LOVE SPENGA! SPENGA truly has it all! You get spin, weight lifting and yoga every single class and every class is completely different. The instructors create unique and fun classes that truly make the workouts fly by! The facility is impeccably clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. It is such a positive atmosphere and I truly feel lucky to have have found this wonderful community!
Love this place! Super clean and everyone is so friendly. The workouts are great - a nice variety every day of spin, strength, & yoga, but the routines are always changing from day to day. After going far too long without working out consistently, it's been the perfect place to "restart" my fitness journey and it's great to work at my own pace. I've already made loads of progress in the few months I've been here. My only regret is not joining sooner.
I have been coming to SPENGA for 2 weeks now and I’m loving it! The workout is a perfect full body challenge. They encourage modifications whenever you need it. They are very respectful overall and everyone is so kind! They make you feel like you belong there no matter what point you’re at in your fitness journey, and are not pushy and very encouraging when you need it.
I am so mad I waited so long to join! This workout is amazing-a total body workout and stretch every session. The owners and staff are supportive and so fun. It is such a wonderful community here! I know I am stronger, more flexible and confident in the 3 months I’ve been coming here.
