SPENGA is the best ever!! They do such a great job at making us all feel like family. The atmosphere is always positive and music is always changing between classes— never the same playlist! It’s really all about you pushing yourself FOR YOURSELF, not to compete with the person next to you. I have no complaints about it, I love it here! 💚

SPENGA offers the best of all necessary works outs, cardio, weight lifting and stretch. I always leave feeling energized and stronger. I would highly recommend this studio!

I am so in love the with atmosphere at SPENGA! Not only is it visibly clean (staff cleans after every use), but the mood of the place is incredible. The staff treats you like family, I don't think I have ever left without a smile on my face. It is truly a judgement free zone as well, making yourself your only competition. I would 100% recommend to anyone starting their fitness journey or is years in-- they meet you exactly where you are at and push you to where you need it. I could brag about SPENGA all day! :)

I have been a Spenga member for 3 years. I love the workout and the community! It’s something new every day and I always looks forward to going.

I have never been consistent at working out but this completely changed since I found the Spenga community. Every instructor makes sure to empower all the members in their own way. Amber has made a big impact on setting my goals for the week, Amy pushes me to be stronger, Lora brings all her energy to every session, and finishing my week with Shelly reminds me to be thankful for my body and what it does for me. All the instructors and the girls at the front desk are amazing! Definitely worth giving it a try, you won't regret it.

I’ve been a member of SPENGA for less than a month and I can already tell you this is the best workout plan I have ever found!! Walking in the door for my first class, I was greeted with a cute welcome message on the board as well as my locker, and encouragement from staff and instructors. Everyone here is inclusive and supportive. I have never once felt judgement. The instructors do a great job of demonstrating different strength workouts for your ability - if something is too strenuous there’s always an option to modify. I seriously have had the best experience here so far! I look forward to my 5:30am alarm because I know it means I’m going to start my day off the right way - with SPENGA!

What isn't there to love about SPENGA?! It's always clean, everyone is always smiling and social and knows your name. I've never been consistent with working out because before Spenga, I had not found something I loved. Spenga is the perfect workout mix. 20 minutes or spin followed by 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga. I always look forward to my classes and all of the instructors are amazingly motivating! I just upgraded my membership to unlimited this month because 2 times a week wasn't enough!! Love my SPENGA fam!!
