The family operating this business is very kind and understanding. If you're honest and transparent about your needs, they will be too. I spent several days and was very pleased.

Honestly, we were in a bind and it was the only thing available, for a cheap rate at that. It was a bit sketchy and our room reeked of cigarette smoke but safe for my sister and I. We burned our sage and incense and it was no problem. Sunny and her daughter took care of us and made sure everything was okay during our 4 nights there. Thanks again!

Nice to work with a front desk professional. Unlike 'Twinkle Toes' down the street at Baymont Inn & Suites. Spenard gets you into your room fast and without attitude 💙.

John and Sonny are the nicest people. I've stayed here over a year. Great location, bus stop right out front.

It's not the Ritz but the rooms are decent with no bed bugs and the management and customer service is very good. One of the best cheaper hotels in Anchorage.

Staff is very hospitable. Rooms are very clean and comfortable yet vintage. The beds and sheets were so nice and comfortable after a long day of traveling. Will definitely return.

There is some negativity associated with this place and its locale. But I find the owners are working hard to turn the place around. My kitchenette was very nice and my bed was new. No signs of bugs and it was a quiet stay.

Friendly service.. KIND OF... But they WAY OVER-charged.!. I Paid for ONE! week! UP-FRONT!! PLUS DEPOSIT!!!.. That was NEVER returned!?!. Then I Was asked to leave, after ONLY two nights/three days(due to uninvited guest; that was refusing to leave!?). Still haven't Received a refund or receipt.
