Brian, the sales associate, was amazing. We went in to pay a bill and started asking questions about every service they offered since we had our existing service for over 20 years. He went through each category in detail and stopped when we had a concern. He showed us what the streaming trend is and how to use it. We had a great experience talking to him, learning how technology has changed and what we may have been missing. We would highly recommend going in and talking to this salesperson for his patience. Well, they say all good things must end, and it's no different with every interaction. Wish I could make a separate post for this time was had a terrible experience with only being a customer for a week. They overcharged my billing and couldn't correct it and refund any amount. Just that next month, it will be corrected. The 5g they claim you will have is only when and of its available, which they don't say when they are drawing you in. They don't even have 5g in the wausau area, yet they said. No one really wanted to deal with us because the guy we got set up with was on his day off, so there must not be any money in them talking to us. I am so upset with this company with only 1 week in.

I am only giving one star because I'm not allowed to give them less. I have signed up for their service. I live in a duplex. I have lived here less than a week and either me or my downstairs neighbor has had it shut off. It is impossible for them to figure out that there's two separate accounts. There is no reason for two separate apartments to not figure it out if when mine is active. My downstairs neighbors has been shut off when theirs was turned on. Ours has been shut off. Their texts are unwilling to go to both apartments. If you live in any apartment or duplex, please do not get this service

Horrible customer service. First of all, the representative I was with was chastising another representative, while also talking to me, about how she had handled a customer and how she hadn't sold this customer anything, and that was her job. I had all I could do to not reach across the counter and grab this jerk by the collar. But, the reason I came into the store was to return two digital receivers based on a phone conversation I had with Spectrum support. The guy at the store told me I would lose $50.00 in promotional discounts if I didn't keep one receiver. I tried to explain that this was not what I was told on the phone and never heard of such a policy and he told me he could not help me so I left with one receiver. Returning home I called Spectrum support and was told by the nice lady Roxanne, that she had never heard of such a thing (requirement to have one receiver to get a discount) and she reassured me that I could return my receiver and that I would not lose my discount. So... another trip. I will certainly try to see the store manager on my return trip.

In store customer service sucks. Lady had a very rude tone with me and gave me a nasty look the whole time. Accidentally brought wrong router that belonged to my sister, in Winona, and she proceeded to say “We have to retain this because it belongs to an address in Winona” with a VERY disrespectful attitude. That is NOT acceptable. Didn’t help me at all with my concern, either. I’m moving out, and needed to get a Spectrum router for my current address so when I take my PERSONALLY SUPPLIED ROUTER, my mom can still have wifi. Very unprofessional, and ZERO excuse for it. I’d expect someone older than me to at least have some decency.

The people working in the store were very polite and very nice and took care of why I was there. My only issue with them is their little sign in thing when you come in is very confusing, doesn't work properly and I wasn't alone in noticing that. I believe they need to improve that so it is useful for everyone including those that are not that tech savvy.

So to clarify spectrum will not read this, they will auto reply about having me contact their social team because they don't monitor this I worked with an amazing customer sales rep who is being robbed sales by them not keeping a sufficient stock of phones, instead you have to have it shipped with signature confirmation, which you will miss because you work, and then will have to chase the device back to Mosinee to retrieve. This would be more forgivable if they could order the device to the store, or give you a way to see stock levels, or even a way to contact the store so you don't drive all the way over there just to find they don't have what you want (out of their less than 30 skus) so I don't know why they bother having retail locations if they can't stock at minimum of 2 of each device they sell. Good reps and store otherwise

My fiancé has a bad experience with their third party vendor giving him the worng shipping label. FedEx not USPS. His phone was then damaged in shipping and he's out $700. He reached out directly at the store and received no actual help. Then he reaches out here in the reviews only to get an answer to make it seem like something is happening. No actual help. Because of this and nuances you don't even care to hear, I'm calling you out on your cute little inclusive symbol. No, you are not accessible to all under the ADA. Be a shame if some organization was alerted to this.
