The employees at Spectrum Oshkosh definitely play games with customers, as they love to show you who is boss by making the wait unnecessarily longer. Arriving around 10:30 (30 min after opening) – observe the staff take time to conference among themselves, look up at the those waiting, and then some would leave the retail area. This would be the perfect undercover boss episode. Someday each of these fools (employees) will experience the same contempt when they need customer service. Please universe, apply Karma

Look into fiber optics in your area. Cheaper, faster, better service. Just switched myself. Now 3 days into new billing cycle and icing on the proverbial cake, even though I've canceled Spectrum service they're still charging me for the full month up through September 10th! I hope fiber optics providers do to Spectrum what Spectrum did to cable providers. That would be good karma.

I've never liked going into Spectrum in Appleton. I've never had good customer service and they seem to never have what I need. We just moved and I needed to upgrade my equipment. Came into the Oshkosh location and was immediately greeted at the door. Austin assisted me with my exchange and was awesome. Quick and friendly service. I won't dread coming into this location like I used to.

There’s a woman who works here with thicker glasses that is absolutely useless. When I signed in I was number twelve. Her and another gentleman who was working both finished up helping customers and went on break. Now there’s only two spectrum reps on the floor with a line of twelve people. By the time her and the other employee came off break, I was only at number eight . Instead of helping people waiting in line who were waiting when went on break,she comes off break and helps a guy who was already taken care of that was just waiting for his data to switch over to his new phone. She never once looked to help anyone waiting still. This is the second time being in the store and she’s done something like this. That’s why I remembered who she was. But it’s ashamed how the other two reps stayed calm with everyone in line waiting while their coworkers went on break.Where I’m from, when it’s busy, it means all hands on deck. You don’t leave and go on break while it’s a big line with people waiting. You shorten the wait time up by working as a team. If she’s any type of manager there, she sucks! I think for her it’s a easy paycheck because nobody is complaining except me. And that’s because I had nothing to do but watch how the process of waiting was with over twelve people waiting and only two reps on the floor.. Maybe if corporate sent an observer to sneak in and watch her perform, they’ll see that her performance is definitely under average. I hate to see people avoid work but want to collect the incentives for the work. This is one of the reasons prices are sky high as we speak. Overpaid useless workers are part of the inflation crisis we face. And this lady who works at spectrum is one of them. If I knew her name I would say it but she had no employee identification badge.

Thank you Austin at the Oshkosh store for going above and beyond to make a very painful switch from Verizon to Spectrum complete. Thank you for sticking by my side, working with upper management and escalating my situation as you realized how much hardship the switch was causing me. I would strongly suggest if you are going to the Oshkosh store to make an appointment and wait for Austin as he definitely has a passion for what he does and takes the time to listen and is not afraid to to the right thing for the customer!

Cell service is really bad, can't send pictures or messages 95% of the time. Reading other reviews this is very common. Customer service says its my phone, my wife has the same problem with a new Spectum phone! I'm going back to Verizon!

The store was nice and the person that helped me was very helpful. There is a kiosk when you come in to the store that you need to use to check in. You can make a reservation online I guess but I have know idea how. The wait time was not bad on the day I went.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Spent hours and money trying to get services removed I never wanted or received. Just walked out because they have 8 people waiting, 4 members of staff, 2 of which are helping no one.
