Spectra came up in our search to find Juniper MX routers when Juniper told us they were backordered 6 months. It was a used system, but they were able to configure it to our specification and deliver it within 2 weeks.

I purchased a maintenance contract for our EMC Unity and it was great. Ticket resolution is super fast and the engineers are very knowledgeable. They even put cold spares at our site.

These guys are the real deal! A drive failed in our storage array and I needed a replacement quick. They didn’t have the correct part number in stock, but still managed have it on my desk the next morning.
