We had been shopping for a hot tub, and stopped by Spas & More, Alec took care of us, he was knowledgeable, super friendly and kind. The hot tub was just what we wanted at a great price. Spas & More delivered our tub, they were professional and knowledgeable. Alec took the time to go over all chemicals and made sure we were happy. Overall we give Spas & More a 10 out of 10! great price, and great service.

Spas & More was the last of 3 stores we shopped at. So glad we didn't settle @ two. We wanted a tub with a matte finish, something not too big, and a good color for our patio. Lori was a joy to work with and the tub she showed us was perfect. We signed up, the tub was in stock, and they delivered it the next day. The boys came out, set it up, and tested everything. A light was bad from the factory, a few days later they had that repaired. I built some steps and a tub height table. Now, we watch the sunset from it most every night (lightning storms permitting). The tub we choose was a Plug & Play unit. It has plenty of jet power for our use. For our part of Florida, 99 degrees seems fine. To keep it simple, we simply add a scant 1/4" cap of chlorine granules before getting in. It's been over a month and the water is clear as the day they set it up. Great purchase and great service from Spas & More.

My experience with Spas & More has been super. They had a spa that was exactly what I was looking for (Viking). We have a new home in Cape Coral, which is a bit out of their range, but they didn't mind the extra miles. They had to work around scheduling issues as our house was being finished, and then waiting for electricity hook up .. I think they made a total of 3 different trips to the site, going above and beyond to ensure that the spa was delivered and installed correctly. Lori, Tom and Alec were all great to work with. From the moment you walk in the door you are met with the family atmosphere! Laurie was helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of what we needed. No high pressure sales just understanding and helpful. They delivered exactly when they promised, with Tim being right there to oversee and educate us on the specifics. Enjoyable experience! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a spa!
