I called to speak to an employee about an emergency, the receptionist as soon as I asked for so called employee, immediately told me if I wasn't an employee of inovar I couldn't speak to them. I then said this is an emergency and she said so sorry, if you don't work here you have no need to speak with them and hung up on me. This was the most disrespectful, unprofessional situation I have ever encountered with a business. So pretty much if you have an emergency and need to contact an employee to bad. Inovar apparently gives no cares about employees and emergency or anything aside from grubbing money from people.

Easily one of the most unprincipled and unprofessional employers in Cache Valley. Highly political environment, little-to-no-training, which reflects strongly in their management style and judgment.

Good owners management inconsistent. Uses layoffs as management process as way to eliminate unwanted employee. No long term guarantee of employment.

Inovar was significantly better.
