Sparks Marina RV Park - RV park in Sparks - 1200 E Lincoln Way, USA

We came into town for one night to buy our new trailer. We didn’t know it was Hot August Nights and the website said all sites were sold out but we called and were able to get a site for surge pricing. I agree aggressive dogs should stay home, but banning specific breeds is discriminative. All staff were very friendly and the in car check in and guide to our spot were great. We had fun in the pool and the spa after a long day on the road. The pool had a lot of debris in it, but may have been due to wind. The site (308) was clean, so easy to set up and near the showers but sites are pretty close to each other. Park itself was also clean and quiet. Definitely felt more geared toward adults and not as kid-friendly with some of the rules but again, it was quiet. I didn’t have any concerns inside the park, but right outside the area didn’t feel as safe.

Nice little spot! We appreciated that they guided us to our spot. Also liked the artificial turf between spots. Very well kept up. Awesome laundry room with 3 sizes of washers (accepts quarters or cards). The dog run near our spot was super well-maintained. However as the owner of a dog that doesn’t like other dogs it was challenging to make the open dog park work. Some smaller fenced in areas would be amazing and get me to 5 stars. Easy access to shopping, quick walk to the Marina.

This the best RV Park in Reno/Sparks area. The staff is super friendly and the park is super clean. Very dog friendly as well. Dog park well maintained. Get store if you need anything you might have forgot. They need a 6th star. I would highly recommend that if.your look for a place to stay with your RV this is the place. D.

Best RV park!!! Clean, quiet, level, concrete RV pull through sites with full hookups. Turf picnic area by sites. Easy set up. They have a pool and hot tub. They have laundry facilities and clean showers. Only downside is that they have a lot of rules and are fairly strict. They have security driving through all hours which is good and a little over the top. We do feel safe and it has not been super intrusive for us.

This place is the nicest RV park we have ever been in. We almost went to a park at one of the casinos and found the price higher because of resort fees. It was a surprise to get escorted in without having to go into the office. There is no grass here. Everything that looks like grass is artificial. Don't let your dog pee on it or you could be charged $50 fee. This applies if you are witnessed allowing your dog to pee anywhere outside of one of the 3 dog runs. They call them a run but the rules state the dog must be leashed (and curbed). These runs are dirt. But please pickup after your dog wherever you are. It isn't right to have someone else do it. The bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen at any RV park I've been to. They had a plumbing issue while we were there and they got it fixed within a couple hours. The staff I encountered were nice. I did not go to the pool but it also appeared clean and was well used by other people. The store had some useful RV items, knick-knacks, and drinks. This is a really big park. It's about a 1/4 mile front to back so I would say it would be a nice place to walk around. Maybe it's too nice (and maybe too strict) to a fault. Maybe it sounds perfect for you. It's possible we will come back here because I don't have problem teaching my dog where to go because I always have.

I don't know why people wrote bad reviews about this park. We had a great experience from the start when were greeted and escorted to our site, to our departure. The entire property was immaculate and the sites were roomy. I guess if you don't follow their simple standard rules, you'll have a bad experience. We love to support small businesses.

Very nice park, except our first day there our neighbor warned us of the ants, we were in a back in site on the outside near the wall, just as a precaution I picked up some ant spray at the store.....the next morning we were overwhelmed with ants in our bedroom, luckily I had some ant spray... but not a good experience for us! and we are still looking for ants after we left that next day.

I've stayed here a few times before and had decent service, but this last time I received terrible service. The "boss" was rude and condescending.. With so many great rv parks in the area, I'll definitely be going somewhere else from now on.
